Anyways, that I learn to thank God for sending his son, and that I don’t get all riled up about presents, they’re great and all, but I just think that there is more to celebrate. I struggle with finding the real meaning of Christmas.

You know, in church once we sang silent night, and it was one of those revelation things that happens every once in awhile. I realized exactly how powerful the phrase “sleep in Heavenly peace” was.
I hope on Christmas, everyone gets even a taste of Heavenly peace. Even the bad people. Even the tired people. Everyone.

Woohoo! Anyhow, my greatest Christmas wish this year is for a new car. I’ve had the same car for the last 4 years since I was 16 and it is also the only car I’ve ever owned. This car has been to hell and back with me and I have a million memories both with it and in it
but I think its time for a new one. Preferably a pink ‘n black camaro convertible, automatic, pimped out, you get my drift.

My wish for Christmas is to have a Christmas like everyone else. Happy, thankful, full of gifts, get everything I want but I know that’s not going to happen because I know my family’s situation. I hope that one day I will have a Christmas like that.

I have a friend who’s marriage is breaking up. She just moved Dec 1st, to a new apartment (higher rent) because her old one had mold in the balcony which her landlord would not fix. Her contract at work was also finished as of Nov 30th, so she is now unemployed. My greatest wish is that she find a job, so that she doesn’t have to move, because she won’t be able to afford the apartment by herself after her husband leaves at the end of this month.
She could also use your prayers, if you’re so inclined…
