Covering the Mouth
Kelly Ripa and Clay Aiken have been in the news here recently. Clay Aiken was a guest on ”Live with Regis and Kelly.” He couldn’t get a comment in so he covered her mouth up with his hand. She was unhappy and said “I don’t know where that hand’s been, honey.”

Kelly Ripa then called in on The View. Rosie O’Donnell expressed her view that Kelly’s comment was homophobic in nature. O’Donnell said, ”If that was a straight man, if that was a cute man or a man that she, you know, didn’t question his sexuality, she would have said a different thing.”

No, to be correct here, she only called “The View” AFTER Rosie was saying she was homophobic. She wanted to be able to defend herself since Rosie was being a big mouth. Kelly was not saying those things b/c of any homophobic fear. Then she was also saying how her & Clay are really good friends; they talk every day & she tries to ‘help’ him. Ripa gets on my nerves but frankly I can’t stand for anyone to put their hands anywhere near my mouth especially someone I barely know.
