  • Girls Gone Wild

A woman police officer in Australia decided to send her boyfriend, who is also a police officer, a get well picture.  So she used her mobile phone and took a picture of her exposed breast and sent it to him as a get well message.  He then shared it with some friends and it got spread all over the police department.

She was in uniform with her name tag showing in the picture.  The ethical standards department is looking into the situation to see if any rules were broken.  Here is the link:  Link

Should the police officer be fired for exposing her breast in uniform when she was only intending to send it to her boyfriend?

  • tough call. I think so, yes.

  • she needs to keep business separated from work. It makes other officers look incredibly bad.

  • I keep commenting, haha. What I mean, though, is that if they are both officers, they understand, or at least should understand, that it’s not something that should be done on duty, in uniform. There are standards set. If she does not get fired, she definitely should get a lesson drilled into her with some form of discipline.

  • No.

  • Yes…that was stupid of her.

  • No. But she should dump that boyfriend.

  • he should be fired for spreading a private picture and text meant only for him. obviously he has privacy issue with his girlfriend and she should leave him.

  • was she on duty at the time?   She was in her work uniform, she should have given better thought. I say yes. Poor judgement

  • Her boyfriend is a douchebag. I think she’s been punished enough.

  • Hmm…I’m not sure about the question at hand, but I know if I were her, that guy would -so- not be my boyfriend anymore…

  • She should be given a warning, but not fired.

  • If she was in uniform, then yes.

  • That was a really stupid thing to do, and it’s disrespectful to the uniform, so there should be some sort of disciplinary action.

But this wouldn’t be a problem if her boyfriend wasn’t such a moron.

  • no, but her boyfriend is definitely in trouble haha.  She’s an awesome girlfriend.

  • nahh…she was just having fun

she should look into a new boyfriend though

  • No.

  • What a skeeze… him not her.

  • Maybe a warning, but nothing more except maybe a new boyfriend.

  • No.

  • no, but i hope she dumped her boyfriend.

  • No.

    Technicolor.

  • She only intentioned for him to see it, not the whole department, so I don’t think that she should get fired for it.

She ought to have a little discussion with her boyfriend about this and either dump him or teach him to do anything along those lines again.

  • Yes. She needs to be professional… that would have been okay if she were a stripper but a police officer? Come on!

  • That was a stupid thing to do..
And the boyfriend is such a moron! Sending her picture to other people!
    JERK!

  • No, but the boyfriend seems like a jackass

  • No, it’s her personal fucking business.

  • At least a warning. And a reminder that anything you take a picture of and send via electronics is almost bound to become public property, especially material of a sexual nature.

  • No.

It was more than likely not meant to be seen by anyone other than her boy friend.

People have done much worse, and an exposed breast sent to her boy friend nothing to make a fuss about.

  • Yes, she should be fired. Yes, he should be fired. They both are disgracing their positions.

  • Well, no. Whatever she does with her boobs is her own business. It’s not like she did it in public.

But her boyfriend is an ass.

  • She should receive some sort of punishment, yes.

  • No. No one ever said that she took that picture at work, maybe it was at home and she was too TIRED to take her uniform off. If anything, her boyfriend should be the one fired for sending it to so many people. Even if it was at work, I’m sure a lot of people have done that, not just her.

  • Pretty retarded of the boyfriend..

It wasn’t the wisest thing to do; but I don’t think it deserves being fired.

  • no, but she might have known better than to do it in uniform!

  • Haha. That’s just funny. What a story. Their punishment should be a “Point-and-Laugh” by the entire police department. That should work

  • i’ll bet he’s not her boyfriend anymore…

  • I agree with imnrdh.

  • No.  Though she was in uniform and that is unprofessional, it was only meant for her boyfriend’s eyes.  He’s the one who should be punnished, and I hope he is.

  • @ComaWhiteX

It’s not about what she does with her boobs. It’s about what she does with (in) her uniform.

  • Both of them need a swift kick in the butt for lack of discretion and downright stupidity. Nothing against breasts, but use your head a little bit before waving them around.

  • WOAH… touch… but i don’t think so if it was meant soley for her boyfriend and he just acted like a frikin pig and showed it to everyone…. grr-face

    >8[

  • JEEZ.. sorry i cant spell at ALL today.. kinda in a personal crisis and it’s annoying and whatnot… =[ my mind isnt where my body is.. you know?

  • I dont think it was an appropriate thing to do in uniform…

They should both get in trouble.

  • That’s a private thing. It’s really no one’s business. I don’t think it’s that great an idea but no one should be fired for it. Especially since they used mobile phones, not something used for work

  • what does this have to do with theology???

It is interesting though – i would say no. If her intention was to spread it around then yeah. If anyone is to blame it would be her boyfriend for spreading it.

also from a theological/Christian point of view – you should never expose yourself to anyone but your wife and/or husband… and personally, i dont think anyone dating or courting should do more than kiss. I think making-out is prob not the smartest and non-tempting thing to do – but thats just me.

  • Well, aside from the fact that sending your boyfriend a picture of your breast isn’t exactly a classy thing to do, he shouldn’t have been showing it to friends in the police department, or to anyone, for that matter. She needs to dump him, and stop taking pictures of her naked self for petes sake.

  • No. A warning, maybe. Yeesh, it was supposed to be a private picture, and as long as she wasn’t on duty while taking the picture I don’t see the problem.

  • So, what Moron Boyfriend spreads that around either?  She wasn’t the smartest to do it, but he’s a pure idiot for showing it around.

  • i don’t think she should be fired over it, but she probably will be. regardless of the putcome there, i do think she should dump her boyfriend.

  • He should be in trouble for showing that picture to his friends; that’s between him and her.
Though she should not have worn her uniform at the time but hey, maybe that turns him on. Who knows. Tough break though.

  • RYC:  Thanks, just finding it too tempting for me to stay pure on here because of the growing number of porn-related blogs.  I’ll be on myspace anyways   Hope you have a great one!

I would say, yes, fire her, she mis-used her uniform.  it’s not appropriate and reflects poorly on the police department.

  • That jerk!!! I wonder if they stayed together after that fiasco! I bet he’s in the doghouse right now!

    Man, how embarrassing for her.

  • Wow, poor judgement on the part of her and her boyfriend. They should both receive punishment of some sort.

  • If she violated regulations, yup, no way around that, unless you have some sympathetic people in charge. But that was a dick move by her boyfriend.
    -David

  • No… her boyfriend shouldn’t have passed it around. Stupid guy…

  • Not fired, but definitely reprimanded.

And her boyfriend should get “fired”

  • I don’t know, but I hope he got dumped.

  • I’m not sure about fired. What she did was stupid, but at the same time, she wasn’t expecting it to go the way it did.

  • it was an incredibly stupid thing to do..she and the boyfriend should both be repremanded.

  • no but she should kick her boyfriend to the curb and maybe learn some decency

  • she should receive some sort of reprimand.

    but not fired. no.

  • I think they should both be disciplined. Her, for her sending that material, and him, for spreading it around. I don’t see that relationship going much farther, myself.

Oh, and in the “Bad taste department”, they both win a prize.

  • You know who should be fired?

THE POLICE OFFICER WHO DID THE SHOWING.

If it’s so bad as to propagate a possible firing, then the one whose showing the “pornographic content” is the one who deserves the most punishment.

No, I think it’s crazy to fire her.  But makes sense to fire him.  Stupid guys. . .

  • she shouldn’t have been doing that during her work, but thats the only offense i see.

thanks for the comment earlier dan :] i finalyl wrote a new post

  • Her boyfriend should be dumped for showing it off. A-Hole!

  • Her boyfriend should now be her EX.

  • We don’t need idiots holding the power to take away a persons freedom.

    Fire her now!

  • Dump the fucker, and I don’t think she should be fired, but reprimanded and take a drop in pay for a year or two.

  • no, but she should dump her bf. lol.

  • no.. but she should leave her boyfriend.

  • He’s a dick.

    And no.

  • morally, yes.

    lawfully, no.

  • no. why should the police care.

  • Yes, that was stupid of her.  There are always rules like that when it comes to uniforms.  If the pictures were to leak, it could give the company, police department, etc. a bad name.

  • Yes, that was stupid of her.  There are always rules like that when it comes to uniforms.  If the pictures were to leak, it could give the company, police department, etc. a bad name.

  • Yes.  Any time someone is in the uniform associated with their job, then their actions are a reflection of that company, department, organization, etc.   I say fire her immediately because she is stupid for doing such a thing in the first place.  She also puts professional women in a bad light by her stupid stunt.

  • She shouldn’t be fired, but she should be more careful.

  • I hope these two cops aren’t in my town

  • No, her boyfriend is an ass.

  • Sorry, but that WAS stupid.  Yes, she should be reprimanded as in a formal complaint, but that is about the extent of it.  I am pretty sure she will never do it again, and IF the boyfriend is still around (which I seriously doubt), then HE had better make sure that he is not spreading pictures, or mail of any kind that was meant only for him, around for others to see.

  • No.

  • She was unwise. yes.

  • No…maybe given a stupid sign to hold, but the boyfriend must go.

  • She needs to lose that guy… What an idiot.  No. She shouldnt be in trouble- I think knowing that everyone saw the pic is punnishment enough…

  • No. The boyfriend is a schmuck.

  • If I were making the decision, I think I wouldn’t.  To me, the bf seems to be more at fault.

  • I dont think she sould be fired but she sure needs to get rid of that idiot bf of hers

  • I say no she shouldn’t be fired, but she should find a better boyfriend.

  • oh I’m think about you because I’m a hippie2

  • Why did she have to do it in uniform?

  • … that’s a bit sexist. really now. do you know how much porn cops look up on police computers? seriously now. the boyfriend was an ass, should have his cock cut off, and should be strung up by the testicles. the girl shouldn’t be fired. the phone is an extension of personal property, it’s the same as her showing her breasts in their apartment or sending him an email. he was extremely immature to show it to someone else. the only thing the woman is guilty of is a bad judge of character, she shouldn’t have trusted him.

  • There have been enough similar instances in the past where something like this has occurred that people should know by now that if you feel you MUST do something like that, for heaven’s sake don’t put anything in the picture that’s personally identifiable.

  • If they fire her, they should fire him too.

  • Hasn’t she suffered enough?  If they do fire her, I would understand but they should fire him too.

  • Well if her boyfriend didnt send it to other people, we would have never known about the uniform..then she wouldnt be in trouble.. stupid boys…

  • She should not have done it with the possible chance of gettin in trouble and possability of gettin fired because of her actions. She should alwayz think before she acts. No matter who it is, whether it is your husband, boyfriend, or anybody, that should only been done in the bed room. Other people could see what you sent and you can get into deep cheese.

  • Oy……no, she shouldn’t. It isn’t her fault it got out of hand.

  • ….men……*rolls eyes* – most women would likely not think of it, but should.

  • When she was in uniform? Yes, I think so . . . I’m sure there are strict rules about what you can and cannot do in uniform, like in ROTC, and I think those rules should be upheld. Sorry that your boyfriend is a loser and wanted to share your boob with the rest of the force, but you did do something you weren’t supposed to do in uniform.

If she hadn’t been in uniform, it’d be a different story.
