John Edward’s Wife
John Edward’s wife has just been told that she has cancer.
Elizabeth Edwards was treated for breast cancer before and was given a clean bill of health. This time it is back and it is in the bone. Here is the link: Link

Yikes! That is not good, not good at all.
Cancer sucks.
Sad. Bone cancer is hard to defeat.
Bone cancer? Consider her in need of a miracle.
that’s terrible.
May God grant her healing, if it is his will. Let us pray for her.
That’s terrible, I wish her all the best.
That’s sad to hear.
That is sad. I will be praying for
her and her family.

Crap! Bone cancer is very bad. Very bad.
That is so sad. Regardless of your political leanings, we should all be praying for her.
This is a big ouch.
That is a shame. She is a fighter though…
Chuck Norris’s tears cure cancer.
Cancer SUCKS.
I hate cancer! That’s terrible!
Cancer is a horrible thing for the one stricken with it and all those who love them.
You don’t have to just sit back and say oh, what a shame. DO something about it.
Is it bad that I don’t know who John Edwards is?
wait! There’s a breast bone?!?
That’s really bad news for her
bummer.
I’ll pray for her
i may not agree with what the Edwards’ stand for, but no one should have to suffer through that. *sigh*. so sad.
How sad for them. CANCER SUCKS.
They lost a son, too, in case anyone doesn’t remember (in a car accident I think).
that is terrible.
I feel truely saddened for her. I have been taking care of a friend with Breast Cancer, and it is a tough task to have it and a tough one to help someone fight it. I wish them both the best of luck in a possible recovery.
As any survivor will tell you, cancer is not curable. In any form. The best you can hope for is permanent remission. But you will live with this disease for the rest of your life. Elizabeth Edwards is a very strong lady. I have no doubt that since she beat it before, she can beat it again. The family has my prayers and my admiration for getting through this.
Slow news day?
That’s awful. My prayers are with her.
devastating but he is committed and im glad he is staying with his wife and put her first.
That is so sad. Regardless of your political leanings, we should all be praying for her.

You, sir, are a moron.
that’s sad. Cancer sucks.
That’s what you get for supporting abortions.
That’s exactly what happened to my mom… it’s scary.
that sucks.
that sucks. but he may get the sympathy vote now
I was so sad to see his announcement today. Cancer doesn’t care what your political ideals are.. it just sucks
How upsetting =[[
She’s a fighter. I hope she gets through it.
That’s awful!

When I first saw the title of this post, I expected you to be talking about some meaningless bit of information about John Edward’s wife that the media in general are over-blowing like it matters in your decision of whether or not to vote for Edwards.
..Thank God?
That’s tough. My uncle has bone cancer also. I feel for her husband and family.
Does anyone think he’ll drop out of the race now? Seeing as his wife is probably going to die…. bone cancer = scary!
=(
thats a bad day…
How terrible!
I hope she gets better!
*prays*
i hope her the best and a sucessful recovery.
shouldn’t that say “John Edwards’s” not “John Edward’s” geez Dan!
also, I think it’s a shame that because her husband is famous her tragedy makes national news.
That’s terrible news. I hate to hear of anyone getting cancer and she’s had it twice now. We should keep her in our prayers.
Lord have mercy!
*sigh* Again… It’s so sad…
She’s also been told that it can’t be cured this time, but it can be treated.
It’s going to be so sad when it kills her. :[
omg that’s horrible =/..
I feel badly for the whole family. That’s a great photo of them, by the way.
I am going to die. You are going to die. We are all going to die. Yet a part of death in the uncertainty of it.
Today, tomorrow, accident, drug overdose?
Who knows?
Cancer that has moved to the bone is endgame cancer. John Edwards wife is going to die. Most likely it will be bone cancer related.
What is tbe difference. She was going to die anyway. We now know what most likely will do it, and in the next five years. Chemo, radiation, hair loss, side effects.
How sad… does this remind you that you too are going to die? Will you express sympathy being reminded that you too are going to die?
I’m so sorry to hear this. However, I am glad they are getting this news now, before the election is in full swing. How very sad. God help them. I pray He will use this trouble to draw them closer to Himself.
“… I found out you had cancer of the bone.
You’re father cried on the telephone,
And he drove his car into the navy yard
Just to prove that he was sorry.”
Wait a minute. I posted before reading the article. He is going to continue to run? His campaign CONTINUES? His wife is diagnosed with a cancer that will likely take her life and he is continuing his run for Presidency? I’m very confused. I don’t know that that isn’t a little selfish and creepy. Ick.
My aunt Darlene just died of cancer. It started in her lung and went to her brain and her ribs and some other place.
She died slow.
It was ugly.
I do not like Edwards, or his wife. But no one deserves bone cancer.
Cancer freaking sucks.
Is it breast cancer in the bone? Cause my friend knows a girl who has eye cancer in her elbow.
she had to get the worst cancer of them all … I feel sorry for her … well, she seems to be keeping strong.
I like that photo of them.
If I were him, I would stop the campaigning so I could be with my wife. I read that bone cancer is treatable, but not curable.
Sad.
it’s disgraceful how the network news handled this last night. they were worried how this would affect his campaign and the presidential race as a whole. it was almost as if her misfortune was good for the country. shame on them !
I feel sorry for her children. It would be sad if they lost their mother.
Thats horrible. Same thing happened with my aunt, but instead of getting bone cancer after breast cancer, she got colon cancer. And she lived. (:
But isn’t bone cancer one of the worst?
I will pray for her light a candel
I’ll pray for her. That’s so sad.
