Following the pattern of Daniel Radcliffe from Harry Potter, Bart Simpson will appear nude in an upcoming movie.

No, and also, Daniel Radcliffe was going a scene from Equss, a really heavy play about a crazy farm-boy who is blinded by a horse, whom is his only friend, and in turn blinds the horse back with a metal spike. I think being naked was necessary for him to prove to the world and to future producers and casters that he doesn’t want to be the teen icon Harry Potter all his life.

Well, since he’s entirely fictional I’d have to say no. But, it certainly won’t help “The Simpsons” image but in light of even more disturbing shows since the onset of The Simpsons (e.g. “Family Guy” and “South Park”) I can’t see their “image” getting any worse. Can anyone say total moral decay?

The movie will probably spark controversy and draw larger crowds than it otherwise would have had it not had the nudity. But I doubt it will be enough to save (or destroy) Bart’s “career”.

How the business runs in Hollywood is the more attention you draw from the people the more popular you get. So, yeah there would be some critics but, Daniel will received even more attention and popularity from his young female fans.

Maybe he too is trying to break out of the “child actor” stereotype he’s been portrayed in for all these years.
Bart doesn’t have a career, so it can’t be ruined.
But this was just an ill choice by the makers, who are PROBABLY just trying to spur attention, but will end up crossing a boundary that they shouldn’t have broken, and destroying an american symbol for innocent, untainted, and ageless youth.
If I watch this movie, I will certainly close my eyes during that scene. This is one symbol that I don’t want destroyed for myself.
