Being a Prince
Recently Matt Lauer interviewed Prince William and Prince Harry asking them questions about their mother.
It is the ten year anniversary of their mother’s death.

First! I would not mind being a prince; it’s being a part of that particular royal family that would be difficult. It’s a shame Charles and Diana didn’t put aside their own selfish agendas and take care of their sons.

I’d like to be a princess for a day and see how it feels like. But I don’t think I’d wanna be a princess forever.
overall no.. there are a few things I’d enjoy,but overall I’d hate it.

In past epochs yes, now those poor wretches are mere chum for the paparazzi, a more exotic breed of celeb to be hunted and mounted for the junk culture’s viewing pleasure. Yet I feel it essential that they uphold their station for the greater good of the kingdom.
When I was a child, I would have loved to be a princess. In reality? No. They have no private life – everything they say, do, or think is always being broadcased even in America! I feel bad for them. There are so many rumors, and lies spread about them. Who would want to be one, when they have to go though all that?!

Yes. But only for the money. I’d be a reclusive princess, I think. Or the rebel princess who drinks and embarrasses herself in public.

A good mentality to have is that you are nothing more than a Prince serving a planet of Kings and Queens. It works for me anyway.

I’m not sure if I would like to be or not. We see only the”public” version of being royal, not the behind the scenes stuff. Of course it’s probly a lot easier now than it was when being a member of a royal family was more than being a figurehead in most countries, but it still has to be tough in some ways.
