Buuuttt, those implants are too big for her body. You can tell because of the gapping between the breasts. Some gapping is okay, desirable in implants, even, but that just looks badly done.

If the woman were a total stranger, I would know nothing of her. Then, the only basis of my judgement of her character and person would be physical cues and appearences. Big fake boobs would figure prominently in that proximal judgement– assumptions of sexual superficiality would naturally drift into that first approximation. I realize the unrealiabiltiy of first impressions, but with nothing else to go on, all we have are our stereotypes.

I agree 100% with this. Reconstructive surgery after a mastectomy is vital to the healing process. It is up to the patient but most that I have worked with have opted for it.
I’ve met women who have gotten implants for cosmetic reasons and I know that the reaction to them because of this is that they are bimbos . . . even if they are intelligent women. I don’t believe you need to augment your breast size in order to make yourself more attractive.
Plus, if you hug a woman who implants it feels gross. It’s like hugging a crossdresser.

I recently read a book by a woman who’s abusive husband hounded and demeaned her until she agreed to get implants. She hated them and people’s reaction to them.

It depends on the reasoning behind it. My sister in law got surgery to go from barely there to a C cup after she stopped breastfeeding my nephew. I think she is a “bimbo” if she dresses in the same way as the woman you have pictured. But, many women get implants who are not bimbos. I know women who stayed AA and no matter what clothes they wore, the looked like they were 10. I think it is all in the motives.

Based on this, I believe that it really depends on the person. Let’s say that a woman with a masters in plastic surgery gets implants. She obviously knows what she is getting into, and is able to make her own decision, and therefore is not a bimbo. Another woman, who knows nothing about plastic surgery, but wants big jugs decides to get implants. She does not know the ramifications of her actions, she just likes the way that they look. Why does she like how they look? Because society likes how they look. She is a bimbo.
I’m not saying that you have to have a degree in plastic surgery (is there such a thing?) to get implants, but you should know the side effects of modifying your God-given body, or at least have a rational reason for getting them.

I think women should care only or mostly about what God thinks of them and made them with beauty that is beyond the skin. I think such a dangerous procedure like that should not be done just for vanity’s sake. My sister got breast reduction for health reasons and she felt more comfortable with that. That was her decision just as if a woman wants larger breasts.
