A firefighter was charged with exposing himself at a city park. He exposed himself to a woman who was sunbathing topless at a park. It is illegal to sunbath topless at the park.
The firefighter is arguing that the police set up a trap. The woman was asked by the police to move to the back of the park. They were trying to catch men who were “targeting men who were having sex or masturbating in the park.” So the police caught him on tape exposing himself to the lady who was sunbathing. He claimed that the woman asked him to expose himself. Here is the link: Link
Is it fair to charge the man with exposing himself in the park but not charge the lady for being topless?
