Xanga Posture
Don’t change real quick.

In general my posture has gotten terrible.

Eh, my posture is none of those. I sit with a straight back, but with my legs crossed Indian-style. I hate having my legs just dangling off the chair.

I had a ruptured disc fixed last year but it wasn’t due to poor posture, even though I do spend anywhere from 10-12 hours in my computer chair typing a day, but hey it’s my profession, lol!

Ahahahaha, right when I clicked over to it, I was slouching so hardcore that my back was looking like a “C”.
I have horrible Xanga posture. I pretty well lay down in my chair, put the keyboard in my lap, and blog away!

Nope. The only time I have good posture without consciously thinking about it is when I’m in choir class or when we’re performing.

No. I’m sitting cross-legged on my bed with my elbows propped on my knees, giving me a slumped position.
It varies. I blog while on the toilet so my posture would depend on… well, you know… whether it’s effortless or I’m having a particularly hard Xanga day.
Haahaa. Right now, I’m laying down with the laptop propped against my legs which are thrown over the side of the couch.

with the combo of nursing babies and xanga- my once perfect posture is now the pits. so much so that i’m considering seeing a chiropractor to see if i’ve actually pulled things out of alignment- i’ve always had a crooked spine- i think my sedintary lifestyle has made things worse- of course it would help if I actually had a proper seating arrangement- futons aren’t meant for encouraging good posture…

My posture in general is ridiculously bad, though most of my back aches are from when I’m sitting and a’lookin’ at the internet. I try to correct it, but I always go back.

Unfortunately, I like to slouch when I sit. One of my bad habits. Try to change but, I can’t get myself to sit like the third one on the picture for 6 hours straight. Maybe, if I have a special design chair or back cushion I can do for a while.
Sometimes, during the day i’ll be using my laptop on the dining table which explains that I’ll be in the poised/ relaxed position but at nite i’ll be using it on the sofa with a stool in front of me. My laptop sits on the stool which that placed me in the slump/slouch position. I often get sore shoulders, which is bad.
