  • Posting Bikini Shots

I was talking to a friend and she mentioned she could never post a photo of herself online in a bikini.

She said, “I am of the theory that the moment you remove some form of clothing, the majority of what you have to say after that point is received as considerably ‘dumbed down’.”

It is funny because I have never thought of a woman as having less intelligence or less credibility because she posted a photo of herself in a swimsuit.

I also plan to post a photo of my abs pretty soon when I have lost the weight I want to lose.

Do you think posting a photo of yourself in a swimsuit online takes away from your credibility as a blogger?

  • Xanga Breakage

Edit:  In order to cheer everyone up, here is a sexy angel photo of Pawleeen:

Is it me, or does xanga feel like it is broken almost every morning now?

  • Big Sunday Match-up

When I heard there was an important match-up this Sunday, I automatically thought that the Pittsburgh Steelers’ cheerleaders must be going against the Arizona Cardinals’ cheerleaders.

So out of dedication to you, I googled “Arizona Cardinals cheerleaders” and found the above photo.  Then I googled “Pittsburgh Steelers cheerleaders” and there are no Steelers’ cheerleaders.  Apparently the owners thought it would be a distraction from the game.

Oh well, there is still some game. . .

    Arizona Cardinals or Pittsburgh Steelers?

  • Having a Vagina On Xanga Has Advantages

It appears to me that women have an advantage on xanga when it comes to posting and gaining traffic.

Women can post about emotionally charged issues that men have no reference too.  For example, women can post about their abortion.  They can talk about whether they went through with it or not.  They can get praise for either decision.  Men have nothing to balance that out.  The only thing they can say about an abortion is that they dropped the woman off but that just makes them look like crap.

Women can talk about being molested as a child.  There may be men that were molested as a child but you haven’t read about it on xanga.

Women can talk about their pregnancy.  Then they can post photos of their belly growing.  If a man post a photo of his growing belly, the only response is “eww.”

Women have all of these emotionally charged issues that men are left without.

A woman can also offer to show herself in a bikini.  The guys will go nuts.  They will be all over the site and even the women will stop by.  But a man cannot generate that kind of interest.

Women can even offer to go completely nude.  If a man does that, his footprints would cut in half.

So women have a physical and emotional advantage in posting.

Women have the advantage of guys that come by their site just because they have a secret desire to have sex with them.  Now I know what you are thinking.  You are thinking all of those guys come by your site because they love hearing about your feelings.  Think about this for just a second.  When has a man you have met in real life ever cared about your feelings without eventually trying to have sex with you?  Exactly.  All women have to do is sit back and be pretty and they will get comments.

Do women have an advantage on xanga?

  • Sportsmanship

My 15 year old son is on the basketball team with his school.

They have done well this season in that they have won 8 games and lost 1.  They are in the middle of a basketball tournament.

Last night at one of the games, the fans from our team would stomp their feet on the bleachers when the opposing team was taking a free throw.  A mother of one of the basketball players from the other team was angry because of the distraction.  She yelled at my daughter who is 5 years old and told her to stop stomping her feet.  She said it was poor sportsmanship.

Is it poor sportsmanship to stomp your feet while the other team is trying to shoot free throws?

  • How Much Money To Kill a Puppy?

YossariansWingman sent me a link of a youtube video where a guy asked several people how much money it would take for them to kill a puppy with their bare hands.  Here is the link:  Link

  • Back Hair

Jennifer Aniston said in an interview recently that back hair is a “deal-breaker” in a relationship with a man.  Here is the link:  Link

  • Obama and Large Government

President Obama has presented his economic plan to help the U.S. out of a recession.  It just passed the House and cost $825 billion.  Here is the link:  Link

Not one Republican voted for it in the House and some Democrats voted against the measure too.

It is interesting as we have a new president that a discussion is going on about the best way to get the economy going.

Obama’s plan will greatly increase the size of government.  Some of the Republicans are saying that we should be giving tax breaks.  There are others that suggest we would probably be best if we left everything alone and let the economy recover by itself.

What is the best way to help the American economy, increased government spending or tax breaks?
