I went off all caffeinated drinks, including my beloved coffee and dr pepper about 6 months ago after about a 35 yr addiction-and it is an addiction. I thought I was gonna die. However, I don’t need it anymore and have never felt better in my life. I no longer have the need to jump start my day, or pick me up in the late afternoon. My fiber cystic breast disease has pretty much vanished as well.

I use to drink two cans of the low carb JOLT soda most days at work.
I use to save the cans too because I have magpie tendencies. I have about 300 cans stuck in boxes in my office. I once took all the cans and stuck them in a co-workers office when she was off sick for a few weeks. She laughed and laughed.
And for the record, I don’t have the cans anymore and I don’t drink Jolt anymore either. Pretty much, I don’t drink anything regularly now.

I actually think it’s unhealthy to develop a dependency on ingesting anything to jumpstart your day, so every morning I run directly into an electric fence.
I have cronic fatiguesyndrome, so I need extra help in the morning and during the day. I have 2 different products that I use. One of which is TED which is an enzyme drink loaded with nutrition, and also helps you to lose weight, and the other is E3 which is also very healthy and features L-Carnitine. Both come in powder form, taste great. They are so good that I became a distributor. Interested?
