  • The Art of Dealing With Women

I was at work last Saturday and a married couple were walking together.

The man kissed his wife a few times.  They talked and laughed together.  It was only one moment in time but they appeared happy.  I found out they had been married for over 10 years.

The man was carrying a few things to his car that weighed about 50 pounds each.  The man started to carry the stuff out to his car.  The woman started to lift something but I told her I would carry it for her.  I told her I did not want her to hurt herself with the weight.  She smiled and said thank you.

Today a woman walked into my work and she had to carry things out to her car.  They weighed about 50 pounds each and she had 72 of them to carry.  I told her I could get it for her.  She put on gloves and told me she lifted stuff every day that weighed the same and it was no big deal.  She picked up the stuff one by one and loaded her car.

The second woman was married and I am not sure for how long.  She bought $2400 worth of stuff by herself without her husband there.  She wanted to help load the car and I knew she would be insulted if I insisted on loading it for her.

I wonder which woman lives a better life.
