I was just reading an article about how the recession has been tough on people who are in the position of laying people off.

A nurse bought an artificial vagina for a 15-year-old boy who is severely disabled.

I was just reading an article that asked the question “Should a person with a penis be allowed to use the women’s locker room because he feels like he’s a woman?”
A case is going to court where a preoperative transsexual tried to join a women-only gym. The individual has a penis but has not had the surgery yet. Here is the link: Link

An abortion clinic owner is being accused of throwing away a life infant after an abortion procedure failed.
He is charged with “practicing medicine without a license and tampering with evidence.” He could serve up to 15 years.
He is accused of knocking the infant off a chair after the mother gave birth. He put the baby in a red plastic bag and threw it out. The woman was intended to get an abortion but then went into labor. Here is the link: Link
I really don’t understand why he would be charged with anything. He was attempting to perform a legal abortion that the mother wanted and it isn’t his fault that the mother went into labor.
Do you think he should be charged when all he was doing was protecting the woman’s choice?
