President Obama – The Fly Killer
Many of you have already viewed the evidence. President Obama killed a fly during an interview recently.
PETA is upset. You will remember that I predicted last year that if elected President, Barack Obama would kill flies. Here is the link: Link
PETA is going to send the president a “Katcha Bug Humane Bug Catcher.” It helps a person trap a fly and release it outside.
A PETA spokesman said, “We support compassion even for the most curious, smallest and least sympathetic animals. We believe that people, where they can be compassionate, should be, for all animals.” Here is the link: Link

This is crazy. Do flies deserve compassion? Well, it’s probably not a sign of a healthy mind to pull their wings and legs off one by one, and I feel that even a fly should be dispatched humanely as possible (quickly, anyway) but it’s really okay to swat a fly.
Humans killing flies is wrong, but say a horse that kills a fly isn’t? This is a sign that PETA has gone too far. And I thought they were pro liberal.
It’s totally ridiculous that they’d support a fly, but recommend a pit bull ban.

For the record, I have a nice family and I have sought to rescue pit bulls. IMO, they are the best breed for family companionship there is.
Also for the record, I occasionally house a fly or two. I wish the poor buggers all the best and encourage them to find refuge elsewhere, but my pit bull keeps catching them and eating them.

Oh God yes, flies are my favourite animal. They’re so cute, the way they puke on food before the consume it. And their buzzing is so tuneful and not annoying in the slightest!

PETA’s reaction was so stupid that I actually didn’t believe the story was real, at first. I love animals. Flies are not animals. They are filthy, annoying insects/pests. However, what is kinda funny is that PETA might almost approve of my actions with flies. I would never smash a fly in my house, because I think they are diseased filth, and being lazy, I would rather not disinfect after the mess. I save peanut butter, mayonnaise and other jars to catch the occasional bug in. I have actually released flies outside. Usually, though, I throw the jar in the garbage and let the fly suffocate. They oughta know better than to come in here.
I enjoyed watching Obama smash that sucker. Hehehe. My husband likes to kill bugs with his bare hands. Of course, he’s not allowed to touch me until I witness him sterilizing his hands. LOL
