Natural Breast Enlargements
A new surgery will soon be available that allows women to have “natural breast enlargements.”
It will take “unwanted fat” from other parts of their bodies. So if a woman has a large butt and small boobs, she can simply have the fat moved from her butt to her boobs. Here is the link: Link

No I wouldn’t do this either. Not just because I suspect I don’t have enough body fat to do this (although I’d love to lose this belly fat and put it someplace it will do some good LOL). But because I don’t support this kind of unnecessary procedure when there is a cheaper, deeper and better option available – changing your attitude.
And it could work the other way as well – put some fat from your butt into your bosoms… Never-ending magical circle. At least it’s your own fat and not silicone…

It’s the same as any enhancement surgery. Just because it’s ass fat going into your tits instead of silcone doesn’t make it any more natural.

I think ‘support’ is a funny word in that question on so many levels.
It might be better stated making use of the word ‘approve’ because that is what you are really asking, right? The only people who support breast enhancement or any other plastic surgery are those who pay for it. The rest of us just have opinions about it. I think that is the way it should be. We all are welcome to our opinions and if ours is negative toward unnecessary surgeries… we don’t get them.

Turns out the type of fat in breasts is different than in other parts of your body. When butt fat is deposited into breasts it tends to calcify, causing lumps and making it hard to perform mammograms or determine if the lumps are cancerous or not. The fat also loses volume because it isn’t in it’s natural “habitat” and is degraded and absorbed by the body. This means that the surgery must be repeated over time.
Currently, fat transfer is being used for subtle changes and is also acceptable for mastectomy patients who want to improve the look of their chests, but the amount of fat that would be needed for a full augmentation is much more than that.
I think scientists are headed in the right direction to figuring it out. I actually heard of a really interesting technique developed by Dr. Kevin Cronin where a dissolvable balloon “scaffold” is placed inside the breasts. Breast tissue migrates inside the scaffold and fill it up with new breast tissue and the skeleton dissolves, leaving behind all the extra, newly formed tissue.
I’m still going to wait like twenty years before I truly trust these procedures, but they’re definitely on the right track.

I always joked it would be handy if I could do that, as I have an earth mama tush and a small chest! While it’s nice that the implant is the person’s own fat, I wouldn’t call the procedure anything near natural. And are they sure the fat wouldn’t somehow, you know, rearrange itself back to normal after a while?
But I think it is a much better idea than a foreign implant. If you’re gonna get an implant, it might as well be from your own butt (or whatever) I guess! Just make sure they don’t leave your cheeks lumpified or lopsided.

Still doesn’t sound very natural to me. Her boobs aren’t “naturally” that size, so whatever boobs she ends up with aren’t “natural.” But if she wants to, then that won’t affect me, and it’s her own choice, so there’s no reason for me to be bothered, really.
Unless someone’s gonna go wild and get boobs that are so big they take up my space on a bus or are a health and safety hazard… then up until that point, to each his– uhh, her own.

Hey, to each her own. I don’t support breast enlargement in general (or any other cosmetic surgery) because I think we should be happy with what we’re born with. Only in certain cases do I think it’s okay (if you have a mastectomy, for example, or a birth defect that results in physical deformity).
ummm… that is definitely not natural. you still have to get actual surgery and stuff done to get bigger boobs in this case. i’d rather there was some un-altering way of making your boobs bigger (ha, that was contradictory)… like, say, drinking milk 24/7 will increase breast size (i just made that up… might work though…).

I can honestly say that I do support this because this is what I have been wanting for years. I feel that it is natural because they are just transferring one thing to another area. Anyways… The ones in the photo you shared look very unnatural and gross. :/ How can anyone, even males, find that kind of stuff attractive? I understand finding well-filled out bosoms attractive, but that pushes the case. I find it a very unnatural look, and therefore very unattractive.
