No, never.
Wow, that’s disturbing. I vote no.
is there any other way?
For women yes, for men it might depend on the situation.
Never in my life, Have sex with a drunk person guy.
No. But it’s also not okay to just get drunk yourself so you can avoid the rule.
Passed out drunk? No. Still coherent? Why not.
Depends. For instance, if it is a significant other and you know they would be comfortable sleeping with you regardless, it can be ok. But in most other circumstances yeah, definitely not ok.
no
I found out yesterday that it’s considered rape in Oregon for a sober person to have sex with someone who has been drinking, even if they’re not legally drunk.
@nodiadau - For you no
Based on the scenario in the provided link; no, that is not okay. If it is my husband and I am in the mood, sure. A person at a party that has clearly had too much to drink; no way.
if its your girlfriend/ boyfriend its not a problem, but if its just someone you wanna have sex with, its not right to do that… in fact in california its considered rape. but most of the people i know who do that have no game, are textbook douchebags, and wouldnt get laid any other way… so i dont really know if i should be disgusted or just feel sorry for them, or both.
No, I think it’s wrong because that person isn’t in their right state of mind. It’s like taking advantage.
It depends how drunk I am. If I’m puking and can’t stand up, it’s no good. I have standards.
no i don’t think so. the person drunk isn’t thinking straight..but how if you are both drunk and don’t know what you are doing?
no
if they’re just a little tipsy, no
if they’re really smashed… depends on what my roommate tries to attempt
@Ballisticfutbol - you said exactly what i was thinking.
No! You should make every effort to be as intoxicated as they are.
I would say no on this one…
That poor girl in the photo only has one nose.
If the people are coupled or have been dating and know each other with, yes.
No.
I try to stay away from drunk people.
Lord no. That is the same as rape.
@saintvi - hehe
Nah.
I think that using anothers weakness for my own selfish reasons is pretty much always a bad idea.
If you’re married, yes :)
ew, no. what if they vomit on you halfway through?
If you’re already in a relationship with that person and you have had sex with that person before.
i dont think this is ever okay……when someone is drunk they are under the influence of essentially a drug. Thier mind is altered and to choose to have sex with someone under the influence when you are sober is wrong. I mean ok if its your gf or something then go for it cause you know her best….but someone random. are you that desperate you need him/her intoxicated??
Depends on the situation. My boyfriend and I have had sex where one person is drunk and the other (mostly) sober. I’ve told him that if I’m drunk and I’m coming onto him and wanting it then it’s fine for us to have sex. He’s said the same to me about himself.
At a party where you’re meeting someone for the first time and thinking “Hey this chick/dude is drunk, it’ll be easy to get into their pants” (AKA “This person is drunk enough for me to take advantage of them at this time”), I think it’s really not a good idea…that said, those drunk chicks who comes onto guys all night and then have sex with someone then cry rape the next day because they regrets their drunken mistake…I want to fucking slit their throats.
Thing is, even though judgement is obviously impaired, a lot of drunk people still have enough sense to say no if it’s something they really don’t want (I’m talking drunk but still coherent and able to walk on their own). Legally however, I’m fairly certain that a drunk person is “unable to consent”.
I really hate being around people who drink
No. That’s not right…
@trunthepaige - Haha ouch.
if you’re in a relationship, or the person made it clear that they wanted to have sex before they were drunk, then yeah.
I agree with Ange.
it depends on what your relationship is with them when they’re sober.
That photo creeps me out Dan.
But no, to answer your question, it is not okay.
That pic had me questioning my eye sight suddenly. It’s ok, only if you’re married to them. Otherwise, I’d say no
@dingus6 - Exactly!
Well it depends on how drunk, but mostly no.
an old bf did me when i was so shitfaced…. it was like i blacked out.. then suddenly i came to and beat the hell out of him. he laughs about it now.
Well, people look better after a few drinks.
It is not as if alcohol causes an alteration of character. Most people would not necessarily perform an action while drunk that they would not do sober, they are merely more impulsive. I see nothing wrong with drunk sex if those involved are not at the point of vomiting, which to me symbolizes when someone needs to stop drinking and pass out. Drunken sex gets a bad rap for the exact same reason drinking and driving does. Is it possible to be responsible while drinking and driving? Is it possible to be responsible while having drunk sex? To each, I answer yes, but it may not be possible for everyone because some are absolutely unaware of their limits and should be required to wear football helmets at all times.
nah.
And you are asking this because…
Don’t look at me, friend. I always thought that becoming drunk made you want to have sex. It kind of increased your sex drive, so I thought. I guess that is quite right, from what you say here. Funny how being drunk makes you do strange things you normally do not do when you are sober. Well, ciao!
S.C.
Is it ok to have sex with a drunk person when you are drunk?
Hmm, thats a dangerous thing to do, I think. You don’t want the person regretting things when they weren’t in the most coherent state of mind and then taking legal action.
@nodiadau - For you to get laid? Probably not.
Eh…no. I don’t think so.
i guess not, if your sober
as the popular bumper sticker goes, BEER! helping ugly people have sex since ancient egypt…oh wait 1862)
getting content from yahoo answers? really?
No.
too broad of a question.
i don’t think it’s right.
xo
No….it probably would not be any good anyhow.
It’s a major turn off for me when drunk guys hit on me, so I wouldn’t even think about letting it go further than that.
No.
ooohhh gurl! get you SUM!!
You know… I’ve never had intercourse, let alone with anyone drunk. Never got drunk either. So I don’t think this question applies to me.
No!
no, thats just wrong.
no
If it’s a sober person, no. Having sex with drunk women is low. However, if you’re both drunk and it’s consensual sex at the time, no harm no fowl.
In the situation described in the link it clearly specifies that the girl definitively initiated the sexual advances with the guy while she was intoxicated. It also states that the guy had no intentions of getting her intoxicated, she was voluntarily intoxicated [so the situation is different from him date raping her by slipping a Rohypnol in her drink in order to take advantage]. So what is the man supposed to make of her sexual advance? That she is just throwing herself at him because she DOESN’T want to have sex with him? That she’s screaming yes, but it really means no? Clearly that is the more illogical conclusion to draw from the facts of the scenario.
Most consensual sexual interactions happen where at least one of the partners has had something to drink [excluding sexual interactions between married couples], and a vast number of people prefer to have sex only after they have had something to drink [for example, to remove inhibitions, or for the belief that sex feels better when intoxicated]. Regardless of this, the law in Australia is that intoxication can negate consent:
CRIMES ACT 1900 – SECT 61HA
(6) The grounds on which it may be established that a person
does not consent to sexual intercourse include:
(a) if the person has sexual
intercourse while substantially intoxicated by alcohol or any drug
It would seem then that the law is not aligned with the reality of sexual conduct. It also creates a problem where men who are invited to sex by intoxicated females could later be accused of sexual assault by the same women who regret their promiscuous actions the night before. It may be claimed their consent was legally negated by the fact of their intoxication, when by their actions they gave the man every reason to believe they had consented. “Yes” all of a sudden means “no” and it becomes ridiculously perilous for a man to engage in sexual activity.
Have a few more drinks and you won’t be sober anymore,.. then it’ll be OK.
The story of college says sure, why not.
No, simply because they and their judgment are impaired when drunk. Their inhibitions are also lowered. So, really, they are not in the right frame of mind or body to (especially mind) to agree to something like that. I more or less consider it the equivalent to rape. But, that’s just me. :/
In Michigan, if you have sex with an inebriated woman and she accuses you of rape, you are automatically guilty of rape. It’s the law. *Law & Order gavel sound*
What a stupid fucking question to make a post out of.
You could just type 1 letter or 1 number and some fucktarded christian would recommend it, Jesus Fucking Christ.
And you fuckstains know you would fuck a drunk. Hell I would fuck a corpse if it was still warm. Dumb fucks!
of course not!!
Not for me.
@ChevalierSeingal@datingish - would you fuk a dog?
@crazykoon - Sure I fucked your nasty aids infested twat!
probably not. i’d say it depends on the level of drunkenness and whether or not the people have had sex before.
@schallerbrandon - You made a very interesting comparison with drunk driving and “drunk sex”. We are help accountable for our actions if driving under the influence, but not so much if we have sex while under the influence. I guess that’s assuming the other party is sober and therefore, can act in a responsible manner. If both parties are drunk, how is it handled? Is the guy still at fault because he is a guy?
@Arcane67 - Why would the man automatically be at fault? That sounds indicative of societal bias. I can’t speak with the force of truth because in all honesty, most people would simply scoff at the notion that drunk sex is really not much different than sober sex. Perhaps it is only me, but I have never made a decision while drunk, considering I’ve done some terrible things, that I would not make while sober. The change is in the degree of impulsiveness. People attain a sense of courage and throw caution to the winds, but this does not as you reminded remove accountability. If both parties are drunk, it will probably be handled in a rather sloppy fashion.
I’ll say no.
Its not very nice at all
HE was drunk, it happened.
Ew.
HELL NO……………That’s almost as bad as doing a dead person. There is no informed consent!
Nooo… just stay away from that predicament unless you’ve been together for awhile and you are certain they are okay with that
No.
no. it’s like guys and dolls, skye never took advantage of sarah
Sober male + drunk female = Not allowed.
Drunk male + sober female = allowed.
Atleast thats what most of society would state, since the sober one is in charge.
im gonna have to say no
yes.
…no! That ain’t right!
oh hell yeah ! it’s a lot easier !!!!
NO.
It depends on the situation.
How drunk are they?
Are the two people a couple?
Are they at home or at a party?
All these things come into account.
definite NO in my book! i wouldn’t wish any of the emotional pain that comes with the knowledge of what happened due to no bodily control on any person in the world.
It’s rape in the state I live in.
Why would you want to? Drink people seem so stupid when you are sober. And their breath stinks.
No. That’s exploitation, as far as I care.
No, that’s just wrong
If one has had a couple of shots & is not drunk it could be enjoyable.
