How Many Xanga Sites?
It is sort of interesting how many xanga sites people have had over the years. Recently I posted asking how long people had been on xanga and so many mentioned another site they had.
How many xanga sites have you had?

I had 2 a couple years ago, when I was 14, 15. Then I came back to it a couple months ago. So that’s 3.
2. I only use this one though
I’ve tried branching out onto other accounts to focus on my photography, writing, and other things. I didn’t care for it too much. This is my only one I have used regularly. My Czolya account is the only I use now.

One. It’s just beginning to pick up traffic, so there’s no way I’m starting a peripheral account from scratch any time soon.

A one time I had another site. But it was used while this site was also in use so it doesn’t really add anything to the discussion.
There was Krazee_Zelda_Girl, ArrabI_AniraK, Elf_Ninja_Queen15 and this one.

I started out with one, but I thought my username was too long, so I got a new account. This one was j_mallory. My wife and I had our own private account where we would write each other supportive notes, but that one’s been in limbo for years now. I closed down my j_mallory account a couple years ago for private reasons, and now I have my jmallory account. All in all, I’ve used Xanga for over 6 years now.

I had one when I was 14 or 15. Then another when I was like 16. I wasn’t active in the whole Xanga community back then, though. Now I have this one and I’m 20.
I’ve only really used this one site.

@mtngirlsouth - ha. very funny. actually no not at all. Sometimes things don’t work out and you need to leave..shut down…find you want back..so you make a new one.
I, Dan, have had 4. 2 of them running. the second is my back up just in case this one gets shut down again. >.<

I have one and I come to Xanga since 2003 where used to meet all of my classmates from an old school in Vietnam. From this one become more sites in Xanga…I love Xanga’s site as my old class and I hope Xanga’s site never STOP !!!

This is my first and main xanga account, but I’ve made about 5 others for side projects.

So many that I lost count. I have 1 that I’m updating frequently. I guess after my premium runs out on that one I should transfer the posts to this account…ah but it feels nice to write privately without regard for others’ feelings =

Eh, 4. One first main one, one alternate one I started less than a year later but soon abandoned, this rather subject-specific one, and one more subject-specific one on a different subject that I haven’t done much with.
I guess I have four now. Two of them only have one post on them and that was for a reason.

two. i had to shut down the other one when my boss at the time seemed to have found it and started incorporating words from my blog into his memos. this was before footprints and i had an outside tracker and i am fairly sure it was him. creepy. so i closed that one and moved to this one and made it non-googleable with sign-in lock.

Another in seventh grade, and it got murdalized when Xanga decided to shut down the blogs of everyone who wasn’t over 13 at the time.
So I made another one after that.

And two more that were only for one other person to see.
Oh, and four for poems/quotes/videos/icons and such.
After graduating from middle school, I became inactive because everyone moved to Facebook.
I just returned to using Xanga about three months ago. ^^;;

i’ve had one for about 2 years and i just opened another one (the one i’m writing from) as a quote site where i can keep all the quotes i’ve collected over the years.

I had three, the one I used now is the most recent, there was one that I used for 3 years that got locked and I can’t for the life of me get it unlocked. They were all used at different times and created for the name change.

More than I should have. Only three that I used with any regularity though and one was just to help me write stuff over a one month time frame. I suppose insomuch as legitimately using it as a blogging site, 2. The rest were for special projects I wanted to keep separate from my main site and they shall remain tucked away in the shadows of obscurity.
