I want to talk about the xanga trackers for a moment. I know that so many people are new and may be hearing about the xanga trackers for the first time. You may wonder what they do and how to read the results. So I am going to walk all the new people through the process of reading a xanga tracker to help you avoid some of the pitfalls that come with the xanga trackers.
Recently VaneDave created a site pretending to be a woman. He was caught in the act of pretending to be a woman but he also took photos of a woman from Facebook and used them on his fake site. He also stole the photo of a 14 year old girl and posted it on the site. Well, the mother of the 14 year old girl was upset her photo was posted. She could tell that it was VaneDave running the site. So she posted about it. VaneDave denied that he was involved in the other site and blamed it on a woman he pretended to not know very well. Anyone who had experience with the xanga trackers knew VaneDave was lying. But because VaneDave didn’t know much about the trackers, he lied and tried to pretend he was not the person running the other site.
We will use VaneDave as an example because he is sort of a case study on how not to handle a xanga tracker. Hopefully you can read this and not fall into the same predictable trap.
Here is what happened. VaneDave stole a woman’s photos and posted them on a site he created called “SasswithClass.” This would not have caused VaneDave any problems. But then VaneDave posted a photo of a girl who was 14 years old. This caused her mother to point out the fact that VaneDave and Sasswithclass were the same person.
Now people were really upset about the fact that VaneDave would do such a thing so they started to say negative things about him. VaneDave was sending out private messages and trying to figure out what to do. People started posting the tracker results that showed that “VaneDave” and “Sasswithclass were the same person. It was obvious that VaneDave had been caught. So VaneDave came up with the “brilliant” idea of claiming that he set up the site for the woman and helped her set up a few things in her site from time to time. He thought this would explain why his IP matched the IP of the woman who stole the photos of the other woman and the 14 year old girl.
The problem that VaneDave had was that he didn’t understand the nature of the tracker before he made his excuse on his site. So VaneDave wrote a post ripping his friends for not standing by him. He said, “To lose the respect of the general populus is one thing, but to read people who I considered friends and have a lot of respect for call me all types of horrible things, with no sort of benefit of the doubt? That hurts. A lot.” Here is the link: Link See VaneDave essentially rebuked his friends for not giving him the benefit of the doubt. He wrote a post saying he was sorry but all he really did was say he was sorry for the actions of another person and tried to pretend someone else did these actions.
VaneDave did not understand how the xanga trackers work so he made up an excuse and then chewed out his friends for not standing by him. So VaneDave pretended that the trackers matched his IP address only because he “helped” some woman set up the site called “Sasswithclass.”
So let me explain to you how the trackers work. First, go to this link: Link
If you go to that link, you will notice that VaneDave’s IP address matches the IP address of Sasswithclass. But now go back to the link. Go to the top of the page and notice that there is a link marked “browser ID.” Click on that link. Go back a few pages and you will notice that the “browser ID” for SasswithClass and VaneDave are the same. You know what that means? It means that the site “SasswithClass” and “VaneDave” used the same computer to visit Drakonskyr’s site. I want you to look at how many times VaneDave visited Drakonskyr’s site. At the time I am posting this, VaneDave used his computer 91 times to go to Drakonskyr’s site. He used his computer 19 times to visit Drakonskyr’s site with the site “Sasswithclass.” Now what that tells us is that VaneDave was not just signing into the Sasswithclass site. He was actually signing into the site and going to other sites while signed into the site.
It isn’t only the IP address that matches. The browser ID matches which means the same computer was used. Dave deleted the comments on his post that were related to the browser ID. Dave is not claiming that someone stole his IP address. When confronted with the information, Dave said that he had accessed the site multiple times.
But here is the problem. Every shot of the tracker shows Dave’s computer being used. (Here is another link of him using his nonwork computer: Link . On that computer VaneDave used Sasswithclass to visit Drakonskyr 23 times). Realize Drakonskyr was not even updating during this time. You can see that two separate IPs were used. One was during the day and one was at night. That would indicate that someone used Dave’s computer during the day to sign into the Sass site and then go to other sites. It wasn’t just Dave signing into and helping her work on a site. The person used Dave’s computer to go to other sites hundreds of times. In fact, just in Drak’s case alone, whoever was running Sass went to his site 23 times signed into Dave’s computer. Dave knew he could not deny it because you can fake an IP but you can’t fake a browser ID. So Dave just claimed he helped her by doing fixes for her site. So Dave’s friends have been claiming that an IP could be stolen. But Dave has not claimed that at all. He couldn’t claim that to anyone who understood the computer browser ID. So he admitted immediately that he was working on her site.
Now here is where his story breaks down. The Sass site was accessed from Dave’s computer and the Sass site was all over xanga. The owner of the Sass site was all over xanga from the trackers that have been put up. In fact, since I am posting about this you will see even more people come forward with their tracker information concerning Dave. So in order to believe Dave’s story, you have to believe that a woman from his work went over to his computer and signed into his site and visited multiple sites several times a day. It doesn’t add up. Here is the problem. Besides the problem with the woman going over to Dave’s computer multiple times a day and visiting the Sass site, she only accessed the site from Dave’s computer. She never accessed the Sass site from her own computer. Not once. How do we know? The tracker only shows it being from Dave’s computer. In other words, we have to believe that the woman never accessed the site from her own computer but visited a ton of sites from Dave’s computer. It is odd that she didn’t use her own computer. Not once. Is that odd? But here is the other problem. She also went to Dave’s site from his home IP. She used Dave’s computer from his home. The tracker shows it was his computer browser ID that was used. So “Sass” used his computer to go to sites. She went over to his house and used his computer. Once again, it is not just Dave signing into her site. It is someone from Dave’s computer signing into the Sass site and going to multiple sites. Here is the strange thing again. Not one time did “Sass” access the site from a computer other than Dave’s computer.
So you have to believe that the woman walked over to Dave’s computer and signed in every time from Dave’s computer at work and then turned around and went over to Dave’s house every time she signed into the site. Of all the tracker links, not one shows her using another computer other than Dave’s computer ID which can’t be faked. So Dave has not even claimed to anyone with a tracker that his IP was stolen. He realizes that will not work. Instead, when he posted on his site, he deleted every comment concerning the tracker and his computer ID and he private messaged us to talk about it. He knew that was a slam dunk. In fact, a woman gave me a screen shot of his message to her when she said that Sass was using the same computer. Dave will talk about everything but that but he would not deny it because it was impossible to deny. Every time he is pressed on the issue, he either gets mad or he tells the person how stressed he is and tells the story of the personal pressure he is under.
Dave clearly ran Sass and anyone with a tracker is not believing his story. You would be surprised how many people are saying in private messages that Dave clearly lied. Some of the people that have been long term friends of Dave are saying he lied. I think if you saw the names of the people who are saying he lied you would be amazed. Why? Everyone is looking at the computer ID. It was impossible for Dave to deny it.
Dave floated out his story last weekend in a few different directions and he moved his story around to fit all the information about the trackers but he really had no answer for that. So instead he made it as if he was being treated poorly. He stole someone’s photo and he made a site with it. He used a 14 year old’s photo to make fun of her mom. He should just come clean and people would forgive.
Now Dave is not claiming that the woman worked in his office or visited his home. Why? The reason is that Dave commented on her photos. Dave had to pretend he didn’t know the photos were stolen. So he had to claim he had not seen her in years.
Here are some additional screen shots that show that Dave visited the site where he stole the photos of the 14 year old girl.
Notice the IP matches for Dave and Sass on the day the photos were stolen. Dave just didn’t sign into the site to give updates. He went over to itswhateyeknow’s site from his work and stole the photos. Look at the screen shot. Dave is not even claiming the woman works in his office.
So Dave lied and then tried to make himself look like a victim and rebuked his friends for not believing him.
Now I hope this little lesson gives everyone a better understanding of how trackers work. Remember, some trackers can not only match up your IP address but can actually match up your computer. Most trackers are recording actual visits to sites. So if you want to steal photos, make sure you cover your IP address. If you get caught on a tracker with your computer ID and your IP, don’t make up stories. Everyone will know you are lying.
Some of you are probably wondering if it bothers me that Dave stole photos and then lied. No. It does not bother me.
I just wanted to show everyone how trackers work.
