My first “kiss” was to my right upper arm (so I could practice before the real thing). That occured at 16 when I kissed Timmy Moots. It was at a highschool party and my legs nearly melted. In the 31 years since then I have kissed many men and even married one (I stopped counting, at what number, I have not reason to tell). Some have been kissed because I loved them, some because I wanted them, some because I needed them, and some because I just wanted them to leave me alone so I could go home.

I think the number has more to do with how you view kissing than what sort of person you are. For some people a kiss is a really big deal and only to be shared with someone they are really interested in. For others it has no real significance and is simply a lead up to getting someone into bed.
