A recent study of 375 men showed that if men had the opportunity to pick a woman to date by her body or face, they would pick her body.
Men had to pick which woman they wanted to date from a photo. But they had to pick by only seeing her body or face. They were forced to pick one or the other.
If they were picking for a short-term dating relationship, men were more likely to want to see the woman’s body. If they were going to pick the woman for a long-term relationship, the wanted to see her face. Here is the link: Link

You will be happy to know that part of your tax dollars are going to fund a study that will help African men learn how to wash their genitals after sex.

I am hoping to get some of this government money too. I am starting right here. I want to encourage everyone on xanga to wash their genitals.
They want African men to wash their genitals within 12 hours of having sex. Personally, I think they should wash them pretty much immediately. (People who say I never take a position in my posts need to read that last line).
I was just reading a post where someone mentioned that she was unsubscribing to my site.
In her post, she wrote “With no disrespect to Dan, I have decided to unsubscribe from his Xanga site. I find it astounding that someone can throw in a picture and a few sentences and get tons of comments, recs, and subscriptions each day while someone who pours his or her soul into three or four meaningful paragraphs can end up with much less or nothing.” Here is the link: Link
(Obviously she does not realize I pour my heart and soul into those few sentences).
Does it bother you when you see some people get more comments and recs than you?
Back when I was in the military, I lived in a co-ed dorm. We had three floors in the dorm and each of those were divided into two bays. So there were six bays total. One of those bays was for women. Five of the bays were for men.
I lived in the second floor with my roommate. We had a bunk bed and my bed was on top. There was a woman that was average looking who was in the military. She was super nice to me. One night when I was sleeping, she came into my room. My roommate was out of town. She stepped into my top bunk and laid on top of me and was all over me. I woke up and she started to kiss me. I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do so I just laid there and kissed her back. I was somewhat naive at that stage of my life so I had not really thought about her intentions.
After a certain period of time, she left the room. I went to sleep. After a few days, my roommate talked to me about the woman. He told me that she had gone down the whole bay and was sleeping with all the guys. There were 8 rooms in the bay on our side of the hall and two guys in almost every room. My roommate told me she had sex with every single guy in our side of the bay except two or three and “they were all ugly.” He told me he thought she was really attractive and that he was going to have sex with her. He asked me if I had sex with her and I told him, “No.”
He waited and two weeks later he came to me and told me she was all of a sudden engaged to another guy who she had met that week and they ended up getting married a few days later. He told me that we had just barely missed our opportunity.
I never had the heart to tell him he was one of the ugly guys.
A man killed his wife and four other people after she cooked his eggs the wrong way. He killed his wife and his step daughter and then walked down the street and killed three of his neighbors. Here is the link: Link
I don’t know about you but when I read a story like this I get sort of sad that a woman would marry a man and yet not know how he wants his eggs cooked. It feels like a senseless tragedy.
Americans have not forgiven Muslims for the attack of 9/11. Yes, I am saying at some level, Americans actually take a skeptical eye at Muslims since 9/11.
The reason is because most Americans experienced their first real contact with the Muslim community on 9/11.
I think people outside our country did not realize the power of TV as it relates to 9/11. Americans watched on live TV as a second plane ran into one of the World Trade Centers. They watched on live TV people jumping from the buildings to their death. They saw repeats of people jumping to their deaths all day until the TV stations decided to stop playing the video tapes. They watched the live broadcast of the towers falling.
Now at this point if you are a Muslim, you are probably saying “This was not me. It was someone else.” And intellectually Americans know that.
But another thing happened on 9/11. Video tape were played over and over again of Muslims celebrating the death of 3000 people. They were cheering in the streets.

So Americans were seeing video of planes being run into buildings. They were watching video of people jumping from a building. It was playing over and over again. And yet they were also seeing Muslims cheering the death of Americans. This was not a few radicals. This looked like a movement. This looked like a group of people that did not care about the death of Americans. In fact, it looked like a group of people that were happy about the death of Americans.
Now I am ready for you to build a “Community Center” or a “Mosque” next to Ground Zero. But you have to be able to understand that not every American is ready for that emotionally. But I believe in freedom of religion so I think it should be built.
I saw a Facebook group recently where a bunch of Muslims were going to wear a Hijab or something on 9/11 to show they were Americans too and they deserved freedom of religion. Oddly, I saw a bunch of people on Facebook who joined the group that were not even American.
Do you see the bad timing there? Do you see how wearing something on 9/11 is sort of a poke in the eye. Do you think you might want to try and pick one of the other 365 days in the year.
I found the above photo from the front page of a news source today. It was a bunch of Muslims burning an American flag. Now I realize the people were upset because one man in Florida was planning to burn your holy book.
But once again, I see this photo on 9/11 and it gives the impression that there are more than just a few Muslims that would celebrate the deaths of Americans.
Perhaps if you want people to view you favorably, you might want to stop burning our flag, stop cheering at the death of our citizens and it might be wise to think of other ways to avoid pissing on the graves of people at Ground Zero. Maybe today should just be a day to mourn with us at the loss of our citizens.
