Black Kid Punches Hispanic Man After Smoking Weed
The truth is starting to get out about Trayvon Martin. Apparently he punched George Zimmerman and then slammed his head against the sidewalk.
Authorities are saying that much of Zimmerman’s account can be corroborated by witnesses. Here is the link: Link

I knew that kid was no good. People who use marijuana are the most despicable of all druggies precisely because it’s not addictive. You don’t smoke it unless you have a conscious and highly unnecessary desire to be a degenerate piece of shit.

He was suspended from school for smoking weed, not smoking weed before fighting a Hispanic man. By your logic I could also write “Black kid decks a hispanic guy after taking a dump.” (By some other people’s logic I could write, “Black kid has confrontation with Hispanic man after being stalked”)
Now be honest,have you ever lied about liking oral sex more than you actually did?
STOP trying this case in public. All this kind of stuff does is taint a potential jury pool and then everyone will be up in arms if the man is found innocent or guilty. These aren’t the first facts to come out, and they won’t be the last. If we start to change our assumptions(key word) about the victim and alleged shooter then we’ll never get anywhere when it comes time for a prosecutor and defender to try the actual case. C’mon man. ::sigh::

This just seems like a funny question to ask after all thats been going on with this case.But no,I have never smoked anything in my mouth marijuana or cigarettes or any other weed type products.Smoke makes me cough,why would I want to breathe it in on purpose.

actually the truth is not coming out. the Orlando Newspaper that reported this story, leaked by the police department which has found itself in hot water over the incident is an account given by Zimmerman, the shooter. the story reports there are witnesses who collaborate Zimmerman’s story but offers no evidence of those witnesses and there are witness accounts that would seem to contradict Zimmerman’s story. Martin’s body was tested for drugs.there were no traces found. Zimmerman was not tested for drugs or alcohol. he was not arrested. photographs were not taken of his alleged broken nose or bleeding. although the police had Martin’s cell phone and normal procedure would have been to call the most recent phone numbers on the phone in order to try to identify the body the police did not do this though they had the phone for days. Martin’s parents only learned their son was dead after filing a missing persons report and calling around to hospitals. the police ignored several calls from the neighborhood woman who said she heard a kid crying that stopped after she then heard the sound of a gun fired. something stinks especially given the shady record of this particular police department. whichever way it goes the evidence needs to be presented to a jury in a court of law.

@SKANLYN - Marijuana is addictive. Not as physically addictive as other drugs, but some smokers do experience psychological withdrawal, as well as slight physiological withdrawal symptoms.

The most overlooked fact in this story, is that Zimmerman was a community watchperson. He is portrayed as a paranoid racist, but it was his job to call him in. Following Martin was a lapse of judgement, esp since 911 said not to. I really await the court trial, to hear what the witness says.

I am 3 and a half years clean from weed. There was a brief time in my life when I smoked nearly every day. Wouldn’t go back to that for all the brownies in the world.

You want TRUTH, read my post. Why is it that every time someone gets caught red-handed doing something somebody jumps to their defense talking about “waiting for the truth to come out”. It reminds me of when those cops were acquitting for beating up Rodney King and George Bush (senior) said “maybe the jury saw something that we didn’t”… yeah, sure.

@TheSutraDude - OOPS! Zimmerman turned out to be non-white and by all accounts one heck of a great guy. And now the poor innocent victim turns out to be a violent assailant who happens to be black and happens to be a dope smoker.
The only thing left to do is deny reality.

Zimmerman actually has an arrest record, one count for avoiding arrest, and has an order of protection against him for which he has to stay away from a woman he abused. there are also 40+ incidents of him calling 911 to report “suspicious” black males. Martin was suspended from school for a plastic bag appearing to have had traces of marijuana but there were never charges pressed against him.

The truth about Trayvon Martin? He was a child being stalked by an older man, and when he was confronted he did what years and years of stranger danger lessons taught him. You scream, yell, and fight to get away. Isn’t that what we teach every child in school? So he punched the guy. No one was there to see if he was pushed or attacked first. His girlfriend on the phone said it sounded like he was pushed down and lost his headset. You wouldn’t fight back if that happened to you though, would you? You’d just let some stranger hold you at gun point until the cops got there? Harumph.
When a black man kills a white man, it often goes unreported, no matter how brutal the crime. A white man kills a black man, it’s considered racist. Now, Zimmerman was probably racist, seeing that he probably called Martin a “fucking coon”, but Martin was no saint either. A lot of stuff is coming up on how he was suspended from school for 10 days, and how Zimmerman had injuries as well and even claiming that he also called for help. Not to mention that Treyvon had a height advantage of a good 5 inches or so over Zimmerman.
I still don’t know what to make of this story, but being 17 years old is far from the age of being an innocent child.
Truthfully, never. I wanted to be a surgeon since I was little, and was too afraid to try because I didn’t want it to stop my dream.

I have smoked in the past. Once in a great while. I don’t spend my money on it though. It’s always free for me. I would never spend my money one it. It’s not that important to me.
I smoke it a lot less then I drink, and I drink maybe once or twice a month (if that). Almost never drink more then 2 shots and a beer or 2 beers and a shot. lol
I think that marijuana should only be legalized when they find a way to monitor it like they have with alcohol.
As for the case… Just because some one smokes doesn’t mean they are crazy sob’s. lol Every one reacts differently though. I don’t know how I feel about the situation… The story seem’s a little odd and the cop’s seem shady.
Zimmerman has a history of violent conduct. He assaulted his girlfriend, then turned around and claimed ‘self defense’ (sounds familiar). He even assaulted a police officer for crying out loud! Another ‘suspicious person’ that was pulled over by Zimmerman said he was scared Zimmerman was gonna shoot him. I mean come on people this isn’t rocket science. Yet everyone is out to portray TRAYVON as the no good cretin? Because he was caught using mj? Nearly EVERYONE has at least tried it or had a period of experimentation once in their life..that isn’t a reason to shoot someone and neither is wearing a hoodie.

Not sure what weed has to do with the Martin-Zimmerman case, since there’s no report of him being under the influence or carrying… And I won’t take witnesses seriously until they’re testifying under oath. Too many people these days start stuff just to get attention.
The only thing wrong with the whole situation is that an investigation was not promptly carried out on the matter. Any time someone has obviously been killed by another person, a thorough investigation should be done to find out if there was foul play. Whether or not charges should be filed is up to the investigators. Whether or not a man is found guilty of those charges is up to a jury. The problem here is that the police only briefly questioned Zimmerman and no further investigation was carried out.
No. Not once. Not even tobacco. Not once. I grew up playing sports, an opponent that smokes/has smoked is an easy win. That said, if it were available in a controlled dosage form, and I had a disease that would benefit from it, I would certainly not count it out. I would not smoke it though, that’s just stupid.

One thing I do know about marijuana usage (even though tox reports say Trayvon was negative for marijuana) is that it doesn’t make you aggressive!! Seriously, have you EVER in your life heard of someone smoking weed and then turning around and starting a fight? Nope. The exact friggin opposite. Zimmerman was a paranoid lunatic, and there IS proof of that. Who calls the police 40-something times over the course of a year? Zimmerman does and it sounds a bit obsessive and paranoid if you ask me.
