140 is about my perfect weight for my height and my build. I need to lose about 30lbs to get there. Most people are shocked when I tell them just how much I weight because of the way I carry it. It isn’t too shabby in business attire but my swimsuit would like me much better at 140.
Mine fluctuates between 105-110, and I’m 5’5. I’m very light, but I’m happy with the way my weight is distributed throughout my body.
i weigh at least over one hundred pounds of potatoes…20 pounds of other goodies..and perhaps a tetevision set or two…to be exact i think 135 pounds…
I’d like to be 125, but realistically my body frame will only let me weigh 130-135lbs at the lowest (150 right now and losing, YEAH!)

Standing 5feet 11 inches when I left high school I weighed 180. Now at over 60 I float near 200. I would like to drop 10 pounds. I credit a lot of it to a lot of walking.
I am 5 feet 5 inches, and big boned… so a healthy looking weight for me is about 145, anything smaller and I look sick
@LoveableWoman - Normally the doctor goes off the outdated BMI instead of actual body fat, and doesn’t take into consideration muscle weight. Which is exactly what ended up with a kid on the news over the controversy of schools getting involved with weight issues. The boy played sports and was not obese like the school sent home in a letter.

honestly im currently at 44kg wich as far as i know is about 97.0034 lb, i really would like to be a bare minimum of 50 kg so i need to gain atleast 13.2277 lb i just cant put on weight, losing it however is no problem
