Britney have the worser outfit but, Paris's make up makes her look old.
Britney does not look too good at all. Paris doesn't look bad. The funny thing? Paris' costume looks like a normal girl Halloween outfit. To paraphrase Mean Girls, Halloween is the one day of the year every girl can dress up like a whore and not get called out for it.
