How Many Sex Partners Should a Woman Have?
I was reading an article that was mentioning that people have different views about how many sex partners a woman should have over her lifetime.
One suggestion was 10 partners.
A survey of men found that men picked "5" as the idea number.

I wonder why there isn't a similar question for men. lol. I guess it's just assumed that someone is going to tell a woman what to do sexually, but a man can do what he wants.

Isn't this one of those questions that a man can't have a good answer to unless it panders to women? And isn't it impossible to pander to women as a gender because they are individuals and have a wide variety of views?
That said, I believe that a woman should have sex partners within the set of whole numbers. Fractions and numbers in decimal notation are not acceptable.
I believe that it depends on how many spouses she has in her life time. honestly, I wish that the number would be 1. but I know that would be nearly impossible for the average woman to have only one partner in her life.
i think it's up to each woman to decide for herself. we live in a free country where there is something called "choice".

As long as she doesn't do it for self esteem boosts, as long as she isn't willingly the other chick or in a relationship with someone else and as long as she plays safe and gets tested regularly, I don't see why there has to be a number attached to it.
Men really need to worry about their own bodies and lifestyles and let women do the same.
As many as she wants and as many as she feels comfortable with. And no one has the right to judge her no matter what her number is.
I think it matters more how those numbers are distributed over time.

Quite frankly, I think it's her own damn business and nobody elses!! Same holds true for the guys. JMHO.
Let me say that no woman nor man can predict how many true loves they will have in life. A true love might be passed over the sex partner part and still be a true love. I will go out on a limb and say that when the average woman over 50 is asked in private she might say she had sex with around three true loves in life. All the other sex partners may or maynot approach true love stage.
Even though you only asked women let me say I vaguely recall only 10 sex partners four of them I would have married and at the present time I don't think I ever met my true love.@xDark_horizonx - use protection or check them out thoroughly.
I dont think there is an ideal number... the 'should' implies that there is a decent standard limit not to exceed..this could apply for cars or planes or trains...below the ideal number what would it make her ? and above a certain number what would it make her ? That is a good question though...
