Losing Weight
Years ago a woman that struggled with bulimia told me that in order to eat less, she would brush her teeth before eating. She said it made her want to eat less.What is the best way to lose weight?

Exercise Bike for me.
I just drink carrot juice. Makes me sick every time. Don't feel like eating at that point.

What is the best way to lose weight? I've been working on that question for five years now.
Eat healthy and exercise. It's really not rocket science.
eat while being naked.
I am not a fan of exercising but I lost 40lbs about 2 years ago and kept it off by cutting out bread, pasta, sweets, potatoes and soda. Everyone is different though, so what worked for me, might not work for someone else.

If you have no other health problems such as diabetes, thyroid, pituitary malfunction, etc. i tend to agree with @boricua_chic_2008 - and remember that one serving of vegetables is about the size of your fist, meat is approximately the size of your palm and oil is the size of your little finger.
snacking works for me. I don't really eat a full meal every day. I eat a small breakfast, small lunch and mid-sized/kid-sized dinner similar to those microwave banquet kids meals portions. I eat like a kid
use small kid's bowls instead of the "adult" sized bigger bowls. they already have these small portions in fine dining restaurants, where they only fill a small section in the middle of the plate, then put some fancy garnishments on it and call it an "entree" or what I call "nothing on ze tray" because there's barely any food

ya, healthy eating and exercise...dur. how about not eating anything for as long as you can, working out all the time, consuming nothing but fruit and veggies and vitamins with CLA. seems to work for me. its as obvious as healthy eating and exercise... maybe not for everyone, but it will produce result. and theres something empowering about knowing that you can go without stuffing you face.....

Thats why I don't look like everyone else. I generally
eat under 800 calories a day and I work out every day. I keep a
relatively balanced diet.
