There's no Santa? Why am I now just finding this out?
I don't tell lies! Of course there's a Santa! Duh!
No.
Some people need to lighten up. Sheesh. Good Job there, douchebag teacher!
I was 14 when I figured it out mathematically - I was using a calculator and paper at the time.

Here is my response to this nonsense and this nonsensical teacher....
That teacher is definitely going on the 'naughty' list. Santa won't leave switches or coal for this biddy, Santa's gonna leave a big steamin, stinkin Santa log in her stocking.
You just did.
I don't think anybody has to ever tell you. You just grow out of it at the right time and by then you're old enough to accept it. Just like the tooth fairy. Where you really heart broken when you found it was your parents all along? Probably not because by then all your baby teeth where gone but you're pockets were still full of dollar bills and quarters.
I figured it out way young. Like maybe 4? 5? Nobody really ruined it for me. But Santa lives in your heart anyhow.
Even though it is a mean thing for the teacher to do, teachers are there to teach and educate with factual information. Unless requested otherwise parents have no right to complain at a teacher for doing their job.
I've told myself there is no Santa.. I took some convincing, still not sure if I'm right.
No one ever told me there was or wasn't a God. I had to figure out shit myself.
the teacher did nothing but told the truth. There is NO SANTA CLAUSE! It is hard to swallow for kids, but i dont like the idea of kids being told there IS a santa to begin with. Instead of filling little ones minds with "santa is watching, santa is going to bring me presents if im good" parents should teach their children the ONLY reason for the season, Our Lord and Savior. That is how messed up our society is. Instead of applauding a woman for telling the TRUTH, we are condemning them, for not following along. Jesus calls us to come into this world but not submit to the ways of the world. Notice that it's Christmas and not Clausemas????
My mom told my eldest who told his sister and now I have to hear " mooooom raymond said that santa isn't reaaaaal! He exists right mom!?!?!? Moooom right?!?" In the highest pitched voice ever.
Those kids would have found out sooner or later anyway. The administration should be under fire for taking this too far.
@Such_are_you - Yeaaaaaaaaah buddy!
You black hearted bastard.
wait...there's no santa????? YOU JUST RUINED CHRISTMAS FOR ME
Kids who ask me walk away thinking Santa's a girl because I tell them there really is a Santa Monica. I'm not lying.....technically. Everyone comes out a winner.
When you're a kid, Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. While it's of the greater importance to understand that this is, first and foremost, the celebration of the Savior's birth; for children, it's just as much the legend of Santa Claus. After all, "Santa Claus" is a corruption of the Dutch "Sankt Nicklaus"... Saint Nicholas. He's always been important for children; not only as a giver of gifts, but a moral figure as well. Children come to put aside the fun concepts of reindeer and chimneys as they grow older- naturally. We all put aside childish things in the proper time. But the true lessons of what Christmas means- which old St. Nick ideally helps to deliver- need to be remembered. Wise parents use this in the guidance of their children.

The irony
Fantastic work man, keep your heads high you did it.

No, I have never told anyone there was no Santa. However, I posted this on benilliman's thread recently:
"I was told from the getgo that Santa wasn't real. My folks said it was physically impossible for a fatass, white man to slide down a chimney and give away presents to good little Asian girls and boys. I think it was my parents way of telling me I wasn't going to get the presents I wanted that year." lol! *shrugs*it is the job of the parents to one day let the secret out that Santa is just some guy at the mall. teachers have no right getting involved. the teacher in question should lose the Christmas bonus and be forced to watch A Christmas Carol and every movie Peter Billingsly ever starred in as a lesson not to trifle in family matters such as this one.
I got a reply letter from Santa's elf last year. So what you think?
