This makes me want to lol. Have a nice Thanksgiving, Dan.
That’s such a nice thing to think of on a day such as today.
That’s what I call a metal Thanksgiving.
RAWKON
Happy Thanksgiving…
Have a Great Day!
LOL. Happy Thanksgiving!
hahahaha well Happy Thanksgiving anywho!
Native Americans were too accepting…smh
ah yes …
I’d feel bad about that if I thought it was a bad thing for either the Indians or the Pilgrims. Two different cultures got together, had a party, and feasted to their good fortune. Two different cultures met and broke bread. It was a time of Peace.
native americans plz. =)
happy thanksgiving !
lol. my latin teacher used to say that columbus day ought to be re-named “kill the indigenous people day.”
happy thanksgiving!

Might Makes Right…….
Yes, and people still calling them Indians. =]
You will never own Canada! bwahahaha.
Happy Thanksgiving…………..have a wonderful blessed day…..hugs.
It is much more interesting than that. Those tribes, the ones who welcomed us were not ignorant of Europeans. The word had traveled north about the Spanish.
The tribes in that area were in a constant state of war. And one of the southern tribes had become better at it than most, they were unusually cruel in victory (that was not easy to do in those cultures). The tribes who welcomed and helped the pilgrims were looking for allies. And guns were scary powerful things.
If you want to cry about a day of peace, due to the days of war before and after that day, have fun with that.
Happy Thanksgiving Dan!
Happy T-Day, Dan.
After finding out the true meaning behind Thanksgiving, I thought it was stupid why America still celebrate this holiday. Maybe, America like to sugar cone everything to the point it’s far beyond from the fact.
There’s just no stopping you, is there? XD
Happy Thanksgiving!
Haha, your sarcasm never ceases to amuse me. =P
Happy Thanksgiving!
ROFL.
Nice slogan.
Bwah hahahaha
It’s a little like Darwinism, isn’t it? Not all our fault it was so damn easy to round them up.
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!
haha happy thanksgiving =]
I have some Native American blood in me, but I still wonder why they would CONSTANTLY sign treaty after treaty even though the treaties were constantly being broken;it would seem that it took the Indians an absurdly long time to learn from experience. And to lose an entire Continent in a couple hundred years doesn’t look too good either. I am sorry for them, but… y’know, seriously?
Season’s Greetings.
hahaaha, thats funny as hell! happy thanksgiving to you too!
as soon as I looked a the windmill, I thought about “ages of empires.” whenever you built a mill, you would fear the sound of a windmill.
I really miss that game.
I thankful for it too.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
It’s pronounced injuns
lol
Happy Fatty-Fat Day, Dan.
Hooray, the Trail of Tears, Manifest Destiny, and Indian Reserves!
Eminent domain has a long tail. Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Turkey Day!
Dan, you make me laugh.
Have a good one.
It’s great that we did to the Indians what the British did to the Irish, isn’t it?
Guess it’s in our cultural heritage…
er, Happy Thanksgiving!
wow.
Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving

S.C.
It was a good thing the Pilgrims invited the Indians to dinner because later they’d need reservations!!1!
Happy Thanksgiving!
naive, or healthy-minded?
lol, Happy Thanksgiving
I liked the Indians. If the Pilgrims vs. the Indians were a video game rather than a real-life event, would definatley cheer on the Indiands. Not that I actually knew the indiands, but judging from their rural lifestyle compared to the Pilgrim’s more citified lifestyle, I think I would get along better with the indians once we got over the whole language barrier thing.
Happy Thanksgiving!!
bwahahaha! luv u dan! =D
And so we continue today with Eminent Domain….
@markearthtourist - You speak of the Native Americans as if they were one big union that lost the entire continent together. There were not. And 200 years is impressive, considering their enemies had rifles, diseases on a blanket, and horses. No kidding the Native Americans lost. And they were forced to sign the treaties, it was life or death. Some chose death and fought till the last member of their tribe had fallen (these tribes don’t make the history books). But even when treaties were violated, these tribes literally had no choice if they wanted to survive.
yep, if there’s one group who can truly give a valid complaint about how America has screwed them over, it’s Indians. However, the US hasn’t claimed land in a long time.
