Name the Baby
Bekka is pregnant again. So it is time for us to help her name her baby.
We don’t know if it is a boy or girl yet so you can go either way.
What should Bekka call her baby?

Whatever you two decide will be great. Let us know what you decide
Girl: aja (pronounced asia), elyse, persia, marissa, jordan, or angel. Boy: miles, allen, iphram (pronounced e-from), josiah, christopher, or douglas.
Amber if it’s a girl, Michael if it’s a boy.
Lyla, Caden, Isabel, Virginia, Natalia, Andrew, Dakota
Alexis, Zane, Devon, Chase, Jamie, Kasey, Morgan, Joss or Taylor are decent names regardless of the baby’s gender. You could also use states like Dakota, states of being like Christian…
Whatever name feels easier to shout out the three-name-you-now-know-I’m-serious tone with…all stern notes completely fall short when stuttering through the flow of the full name, such as the case with a friend whose first and middle names were LeighAnn Jeanette, and whose last name had three syllables.
Second note: my sons have a three-syllable last name which previously encountered difficulties in both pronunciation and in spelling – so, in order to ease their first school years, I gave ‘em single-syllable first names. If you’ve a simple, yet common last name – go complex with the first name [and avoid "John Doe" setting] – but if you’ve a last name along the lines of Janowczki, try a Joss or something.
Final note: kids on the playground can be cruel in regards to unique names and the ability to dissect them…for instance: I knew a Maxwell who was asked a rather crass question in regards to echoing a popular coffee jingle…test the name through any butchering before serving it to the kid.
Good luck.

Yikes, I give up lol. Merideth and Sarah are my daughters’ names, I kinda like those, Gwendolyn and Elizabeth too, and for boys, I’d go with Joseph, Anthony or Michael.
Seyton? I’m also a fan of the name Zane.
I’m pretty traditional in names. (So far– I don’t have any children nor do I plan to have any in the near future.) Names like Jonathan, David, Alexander/Alexandria, Madison, etc. Come to think of it, I have a hard time picking out girls names. I’ve always wanted boys. Nothing against girls and there are pretty girl names out there. But it’s always been easier to pick out boy names than girl names.
I’d say do research on it. I think that if you don’t want to know the gender, then pick out gender netural names for your child. Or just wait until your baby’s born and then pick a name out.
I’d highly suggest researching it. I can’t tell you how many times there’s been another girl in my class with my name or a similar name to it. While my name is popular, I had to grow up with another girl with that shared names with me. We shared the same classes in elementary school (it was small at the time). But once we got to jr. high and high school, we were pretty much different classes.
If you want to do a popular name, look into different spellings. People will probably forever have a hard time with my name. (It’s Kari. But pronnounced like Carrie.) When I would get things that had my name on it, it was either personalized or something that wasn’t easy to find. (Or by chance, it was found.) It’s something that I don’t mind because (it’s my name) but it’s definitely something that makes you think when you’re in the conversations of names and the like.
My name is too pretty ! Use my name (Daphne) =]
Once again, Congratulations
