  • I look JUST like my father. I would never question it.

  • My dad’s 100% Cuban. I don’t. At all.

I have a Cuban butt, but nothing else resembles anything from either of my parents. I’ll take their word for it.

  • There’s a rumor going around my mom’s job that my father isn’t my biological father, because we don’t look alike lol

  • I look nothing like my father but look a lot like my mailman.  So yeah, I’d be surprised to learn that my father isn’t really my father.

  • Hahhahaha, seeing as how I’m adopted, it wouldn’t be shocking at all.  :P

  • I look just like my oldest brother so it’s safe so say we were at least fathered by the same person. And I’m always told we look like my dad. Now my middle brother…we have no idea where he got his genes because they don’t resemble either parent.

  • I’d be floored.  I like a whole like like both parents.  Plus, my parents are goody two shoes and are just not cheatin’ types.

  • If you knew my mother, you’d realize how silly that question is.

  • I look like both of my parents. I look a lot like my dad’s sisters, so I have no doubt in my mind that he is my dad lol.

  • Dan, do your kids look like you?

  • I’d be shocked as hell that my mother lied about him being the only man she’s ever been with. You would be too if you knew her.

  • He is.  There is a document to prove it.

  • Yeah, probably. My mom’s often pointing out the ways in which I am similar to him, so for all that to be coincidences, plus to find out that my devout Catholic mother cheated on her husband, would be quite surprising.

Now if I were to find out I had half-siblings somewhere, that might not be quite as surprising….

  • Haha, anytime I disappointed my father I got the mail man clause.Too bad we look alike and have the same quirks. Happy Father’s Day, Dan.

  • I’d be surprised. Me and my siblings look like him.

  • Lol, yes I would be because I look exactly like him.

  • I look hispanic when I tan really dark but theres no hispanic on either side of my family….and considering my mothers past, no, it wouldn’t surprise me.

  • With my parents American features and my Asian features, one would intelligently think I was adopted. But I recall my parents having a couple of friends who couldn’t put two and two together, and refused to believe I was their daughter…

  • As my siblings and I all look like him, yes- I’d be shocked.  SHOCKED!

  • Omg, I am now officially one of the smarter people around here. To think I started off as a Gravy cock sucking troll to the present: well respected in the community.

  • I hate to admit but I look like my dad at times but if I found out he wasnt…I gotta admit, I’d be super happy but pissed at all the shit I went through as a kid.

  • I look like my Dad but I wish I was not really his child.

  • I don’t doubt… I am my father’s daughter… although my son’s dad questioned my son until wait he realized that everybody saw my son looked exactly like him… would have gladly let him so the paternity test but I wouldn’t pay…

  • Amongst other similarities i have no ear lobes just like my father.

  • There’s no doubt that my parents are my parents.

  • It’s wishful thinking, but I’ve been starting to consider the possibility of my father not really being my father.  We look absolutely nothing alike.  He’s got all dark features.. dark hair, dark eyes, olive-skin, and I’m very pale, bright blue eyes, and blonde hair.  As far as I know there’s not any blue eyes in his family so it puzzles me how it could happen. I have a super hard time imagining my mom having an affair, though.

  • Yeah, I’d be really surprised. I don’t know my biological father, but I’ve heard about him, and I don’t know why anyone would want to lie about that. Him not being my father would be a good thing.

  • DEFINITELY. I have his smile and laugh and traits physical traits his sister has.

  • Wow, that’s interesting. I would be extremely surprised if my father wasn’t really my father, since we look alike and all…

  • No I look like him.

  • My parents have only ever had sex with each other, therefore, I know for a fact that my Dad is my biological father :)

  • I look just like my dad so I would definitely be shocked if it turns out I wasn’t his.  But there is a rumor going around that my dad’s dad isn’t really his dad.  They think his dad’s brother is the real dad.  My family is so interesting.  Happy father’s day, Dan :]

  • No doubt in my mind that my daddy’s my daddy.

  • I’d be shocked beyond all shock haha

  • Yeah, considering I was an accident.

  • Unfortunately, I look like him. I wish it wasn’t so but it’s true. Same with my mother. Argh.

  • Very surprised. As my father and I look a lot alike.

  • I wonder what the record is for a child whose mother assigned paternal responsibility to a sequence of men who all turned out to be clean by paternity test?   It would suck to find out none of mommy’s 10 boyfriends were daddy.

  • It wouldn’t surprise me at all since my mother had a reputation for keeping her legs open to all cum-ers; and it would, in fact, be a great relief if he weren’t my real father.

  • no i wouldn’t be suprised, i’ve learned a lot of things about my mother in recent years.

  • I look a lot like my father, I’m just not that hairy.

  • I’d be shocked. I look NOTHING like my mom, and blend in just fine with my dad’s side of the family.

  • I would be floored if he wasn’t. We share far too many traits (regrettably).

  • My Dad is my defo my father,    and my mum is defo my mum.    I look like my Dad,     my mum has the same mediction condition as me,

but I cannot put my finger on the disability I have  as neither my mum or dad has it.

I got the documents to proof it.

  • Very, I look like my Dad’s mother … plus there’s the whole abstinence till marriage thing my mum keeps harping on about.

  • Sadly i have his nose, and my facial features resemble him.

(70% of men who ask for a paternity test ARE the father, its sad so many dont trust who they’re with.)

  • As the saying goes- “Mothers baby,…daddy’s maybe.”

  • I look a lot like my adoptive father.

  • @Day923 - Cuban butt? I approve.

As for my dad, him being my real father or not wouldn’t matter to me, because he’s never really been in my life to begin with.

@Name_Isnt_Rio - It should be as close to 100% as possible. 3 out of 10 NOT being the father is 3 too much if you ask me.

  • My mom always use to tell me and my brother, as well as my dad that we weren’t his. Which is completely stupid. My face = Female version of my dads face. My Brothers face/body type = Exactly like our dad. You could tell even when we were toddlers that we looked exactly like him. So yeah, it’d be pretty freaking weird and random if he weren’t our dad. especially since we all have the same birth mark and make alot of the same facial expressions… as well as our anger problems and charm with the opposite gender. Jenkins Charm. Haha

  • I wouldn’t be surprised if I was the product of my dad and my brother’s mom’s egg…birthed by my mother…I look so much more like my brother and father than my mom its unreal…

  • I’m pretty positive that my father is my father, but my mother is a teeny bit unsure of whether I am really another man’s daughter because she cheated on my Dad around the time I was conceived.

  • The so called ‘Innocence’ programs are finding that of the men tested by DNA in prison for rape, 25% are innocent. Also, I read a news article where some counties require DNA testing of children when couples are divorcing. Same thing–25% of the children in the home were not fathered by the husband. I wish I could site the documentation, but I think my numbers are similar to your story.

  • i love those maury povich shows…

  • I got my eyes from my dad, but I’m training them to look less chinky. Though now I’m sorta starting to see their appeal.

But ehm yeah, basically saying that it’s not possible for me to have his traits if I’m not his daughter. So yeah, thanks dad!

  • I look like both my parents.

  • Can’t believe I commented and didn’t wish you a Happy Father’s Day! I hope you had a great day.

  • Father’s Day… most confusing day in the ghetto. [too racist? i know]

  • @korean_biyatch - That show is my guilty pleasure.

  • I would LOVE it if I found out I had a different dad.

  • I would be. I think too much like my dad, and look too much like him too. You stand us next to each other, the resemblance is scary. People also tell me I look exactly like my paternal grandmother.

However, I wouldn’t be surprised if my dad had some children he didn’t know about…

  • I’m positive I’m my father’s daughter.

  • I can’t help but comment when your blogs ask questions.. I would be surprised if I found out my dad wasn’t my real dad. We are very similar in temperament, though neither will admit it.
