Depends on why she wants them I guess. If she would gain confidence from upgrading(or downgrading via reduction) then by all means, go for it.
No. And the only way I ever would is if it were reconstructive after a mastectomy.

There have certainly been times when I wished my boobs were bigger – though that’s been solved with pregnancy, LOL! – but I’ve heard some very scary stories of the silicone implants bursting and splattering silicone throughout the lymphatic system…. ew. Not worth it. A decent push-up bra does the trick just fine
I think small boobs are just as nice as big boobs. Not a fan of fake boobs. Bleh.

Implants no. I’m a 30E. But boob work in general, HELL YES. I’d kill to be able to get a small reduction and breast lift. I despise my boobs more than any other body part.
Yes. My third nipple is a totally different cup size than my other boobs and it makes me self conscious.

If a woman feels the need to enhance herself via implants, all power to her. I personally prefer the natural, even if they are rocking A cups. To me there is nothing sexier than a woman who knows her body and is comfortable with what nature has given her. When I find a woman has unnatural boobs, it turns me off, no matter how good they look.

women with big boobs wold do better to have a reduction done. Girls with small perfect breasts, why do you wish to destroy perfection? Women who have large breasts almost never get erect nipples to any real extent, it’s like a guy who only gets half hard…… no one likes that. Girls with smaller breasts commonly have very nicely erect nipples….. once again why mess with perfection?

My bosoms are already quite large, but I have thought of having them lifted. For a long time I wondered if it was right to have augmentation or other kinds of cosmetic surgery. I’m convinced that while it’s definitely possible to go overboard, just tweaking what you’ve already got isn’t so bad.

Fake boobs are hideous, and you can always tell they are fake. Personally, I think that we should do fat reassignment surgery, so I can move fat from my butt and thighs to my boobs. Sounds great, huh?

I’d be interested in seeing people’s responses if you asked for comments from those who have actually HAD breast augmentation of some kind – what the circumstance was (post-mastectomy, purely cosmetic, etc), whether she’s happy with the result, any complications, etc.

I think girls want them more than guys want girls to have them. I’d certainly rather see some real ones…
they feel lousy to try to caress, and don’t forget: they are not permanent….you’ll be back, and if they were to burst, you die. lovely things aren’t they? and not very useful for the real purpose of the breast: feeding your infant(s)! duh.

I’ve wished I had a bigger chest, but never liked the idea of someone slicing up my body and putting foreign objects inside. So no, I’ve never wanted implants. I’ve just wished I’d wake up with a perfect hourglass figure.

Having seen breast augmentation “advertisements” where surgeons show the audience what happens during surgery… no. No thank you, my Bs will do just fine.
personally it is all about the nipple for me and as far as i know they really do not do anything with those during the surgery. i think a greeat set of nipples makes any boob better no matter what size it is.
I have big boobs. If anything, I’d make them smaller. I’ve heard Brazil has more plastic surgeries there than anywhere else in the world. I wonder how they stack up to the US statistics for the phoney cleavage?

I hate fake boobs. I am a member of the itty bitty titty committee anyhow. I like boobs smaller and firm, not big and floppy because when you are older they will be hitting your knees and it will remind me of a first grade teacher back in the 70′s.
There’s the little fact that they need replaced once every 10-15 years. Keep that in mind, LADIES.

My cousin got them and you can’t really tell they are fake, maybe because she didn’t go overboard with them, they aren’t too big..they are nice. LOL I would get them…if my bf payed for them….haha. Well IDK I think I would be scared…hmmm
