It used to be “lol” A LOT. Now I use “haha”, but I save “lol” mainly for instant-messaging… no wonder why though haha
I usually stick with a smiley face. Which is more than most get out of me in real life.
@YourOuterCritic - You sound like a pleasure to be around, then. :-/
What we need is a new way to express laughter. LOL is so 2000. Ha and haha are 2001. Bwahahaha is 1998 trying to be scary online game-ish. ROTFLMAO is simply embarrassing.
Maybe NTF (Now that’s funny) could carry us for the next few years.
I don’t use any acronyms. I use variations of “haha” to express how funny something is. If it’s really funny it’d be “HAHAHAHAHA!!!”; exclamation hoping points to portray lack of sarcasm.
I no laugh on interwebs.
lol = amusing, but not actually laughing out loud LOL!!= actually laughing, a little at least grinning LMAO= actually laughing (but I tend t not se it as it contains the word ass and might sound immature) hahaha= between grinning and giggling endlessly, the length shows the inetensity, in capitals it’s more intense/ loud. heh = sorta confused but in a positive way Ha! = like Ha! I was right!
Usually when something is really funny I just describe how it affects me. Sometimes a picture makes me laugh for an entire day.
I used to only chat with my cousins online, and I’d use “LOL” with a varying number of exclamation points depending on how much I was laughing. Eventually, I started incorporating lowercase “lol”s, “haha”s, and “lmao”s with other people, yet I instinctively avoid those when chatting with my cousins, mainly because they were weirded out when I first started doing it. Like, “That’s not your laugh. Who am I talking to right now?”
*giggle*. *chuckle*.
I prefer Mwahahaha
Hahahahaha
ROFL… Rolling on Floor Laughing
OR… is it “Reaching Out to Fellow Losers”
I personally prefer…
~*Smiles*~… ~*Giggles*~
LMAO? Wait! No!
my roomate’s mom makes $74 hourly on the internet. She has been unemployed for nine months but last month her payment was $15284 just working on the internet for a few hours. Here’s the site to read more http://www.wow83.com
hehehe, that is just silly Dan.
I’ve used all of those. I don’t think I really have specific type, just whatever I’m in the mood to use.
I usually say lol but I’m not actually laughing… when I am though, I let the other person know that “lol I’m actually laughing.. lol”
I use lol, ha!, or hehe.
muahaha sounds to me like a sneaky, mean sort of laugh like after you pull a trick on someone.
Bwahaha sounds like it’d be a loud obnoxious gaffaw, and i only know one person in real life who laughs like that.
depends on what the situation calls for!
You still exist. god. damn. 0 eProps as always.

lol LOL or LMAO
If I actually laugh at loud, I say LOL. If it’s just funny, I say haha. If I laughed hysterically and something awkward happened, I say so.

Usually “hahaha,” occasionally “lol.”

What’s wrong with LOL? Most of the time I usually am laughing.

I actually use LOL or lol to express different levels of laughter. If I’m thinking something’s REALLY funny, I’ll LLLOOOLLL.
The code goes as follows,
Brief moment of internal laughter: lol (what a lie.)
Lengthy moment of internal laughter: hahahaLet’s-face-it-that-was-hilarious-and-probably-offensive laugher: bahahahaFiller laughter: hahaManiacal laughter: muahaha
Haha.
There are funny people on xanga?
kekekekeke
