I was just reading an article called “Sure-fire Ways to Get a Second Date.”

In the article, the author wrote the following advice:

“Text her or call her the very next day. Either text her a simple message that says “Had a great time last night…Looking forward to the next time.” Or, call her and leave a message and tell her the same thing over the phone.”  Here is the link:  Link

Recently, I read a post where a woman said it made a man look desperate if he called the next day.

As I go around to different sites, I notice that people are struggling with talking about Harry Potter.

I don’t mean they are struggling to say they read the book or talk about all the hype.  I mean they are struggling to talk about the details.   They want to talk about the book and the ending.  But they don’t feel like they can give it away to those who are not done reading.

So you have the most dedicated fans in sort of a rock and a hard place.  They are done with the book and now they can’t talk about the details of the book.                           

Is it now safe to talk about the details of the Harry Potter book?

A man in Missouri is claiming he is being denied the ability to adopt because of his weight.  He was asked to adopt a cousin’s 3-month-old son.  The judge in the case would not agree to the adoption because of the man’s weight.  The man weighs approximately 500 pounds.  Here is the link:  Link

A prisoner was just convicted of indecent exposure because he was masturbating in his cell. 

A woman prison guard went by and said he made no effort to conceal it.  He was in his cell alone at the time.  The jury found that an inmate’s jail cell is a “limited access public place.”  So exposing himself was against the law.  Here is the link:  Link

I was just watching the Today Show.  They were talking about dog attacks on people.  One part of the segment was about how there are moves to make dog owners criminally responsible when their dogs attack.

If a person’s dog has bitten someone before, should the owner be criminally responsible for what the dog does in the second attack?
