Or carrying two twenty pound sacks of potatoes up a flight of steps. or four bowling bags each with a ten pound ball. I’ve still got a long ways to go and for now I am not receiving steroids for imfusions. I have just got to build up my courage to start again.

I was 125 prebaby, 198 thanks to Pre-Eclampsia right when I gave birth (only gained a few pounds legit), got down to 150-160 range within a day of leaving the hospital, we had a long hospital stay and I ended up staying the majority of the next 8 to 9 months staying at the Ronald McDonald House where they stress health but have way too many cookies, cakes and unhealthy food so I gained back up to 180 and I’m back to 170 now. I have 40lbs to get to a decent weight.
I’m assuming 170. Which means I’ve lost a little over 100 lbs. Works for me.
